This hotel is really amazing! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. The owner Ehab takes the time to talk about everything, gives advice about your whole trip (including other cities) and managed a day tour in Giza for us. Our tour guide Adel was also amazing, he really took the time to explain everything to us in detail and took many pictures for us. May Allah bless them all! The only negative point it have is the location of the hotel, since it is hard to find with maps (it’s at a corner). However, after contacting the reception they came outside to find us and bring us to the hotel. Thank you! They also let us stay for almost a whole extra day without charging us, because we had to wait for our bus late at night. Very generous people! Lastly, the view from our room balcony and rooftop was phenomenal! Thank you for the great start of our trip!

飯店對面是馬廄
對於部分人來說可能會不太喜歡
會充斥著動物的各種氣味
不過對於我來說是蠻喜歡的
可以帶著小孩近距離觀賞動物是蠻不錯的體驗
樓頂可以欣賞金字塔
觀賞著日落美景
夜晚在樓頂吃著晚餐看著夜晚的金字塔燈光秀
飯店也熱心請員工帶我們去商店購物

完全沒辦法聯繫酒店。酒店在攜程的電話不對，是個國內的號碼，從下午6點一直到9點，怎麼都聯繫不上。攜程上定位錯誤。沿着定點轉了1公里都找不到酒店。問路人，説沒有這個酒店。。。。累得要死。凌晨4點就到開羅了，我們真的要猝死了。最後攜程安排退款。重新定了另外的酒店。

This review must be read in context of the area (Narmer, Giza) not Cairo! The hotel is located off a side street near the original gate to the pyramids maybe a 3 minute walk. However during our stay this was being amended so please confirm gate access. The hotel itself is very well managed the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The level of customer service compares to a 5 star hotel. The room was basic and cleaned each day but the area is dusty. Breakfast is on the roof with views of the pyramids and sphinx. We felt very well looked after and safe throughout and can’t praise the staff enough!

The bathroom could be cleaner. The shower was really dirty and the kitchen had an opened pack of sugar. Other than that, good hotel for the price and really nice view.
