No lift is available, but staff help to carry our luggage up, unfortunately not down during checkout.
Staff are friendly.
Very noisy room next to the busy street, but very near to the pyramid.
Good pyramid view at rooftop.
Booked 2 rooms, 1 room is bigger but the other is smaller.
Staff at gate is helpful.

The room was spacious and nice. The pyramids were very close, so it was very convenient for sightseeing. There was a security guard at the gate, so I think it was a safe place to stay. The door was not properly set up and I couldn't open it, but the staff explained it to me and I was able to do it. There were a few flies in the room, which bothered me a little. I thought that this was normal in Egypt, so I let it go, but if it bothers you, you might want to stay away. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel is near the Giza Pyramid ticket office, and the rooftop breakfast restaurant offers a direct view of the pyramids. The room was relatively clean, but there were many problems with the door lock. It even wouldn't open, so they had to replace the room. The staff were relatively friendly, but the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast was also a bit poor.
