The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff are all really kind!!
If you're in trouble, they'll help you right away!
I didn't know where the hotel was, so they came to pick me up at a nearby restaurant! When I tried to give them a tip, they refused, saying they were happy that I came and didn't need one...The staff are really kind, and the rooms are clean! And there's plenty of hot water!
If there's one downside, it's that they try to solicit you for hotel tours...

The owner and all the staff are kind. They even introduce cost-effective sightseeing plans. It's very reassuring. Many people speak English, so communication is not a problem.
