They have a very nice view of the pyramids.
Good place to watch the show of pyramids at during for limited days tho.
They have rooftop restaurant that serve good food and delicious mango juice.
It’s just the surroundings, a lot of camels.

The attitude towards guests is terrible from the moment of check-in, you may be given a room that is not the one you booked, but much worse, the rooms stink of camel ****, because under the windows every morning and every evening is the entry and exit point to the pyramids of animals for excursions. Agreements are not respected. They try to rip you off three skins here and now, without doing anything to make the guest come back to them again. We moved to the neighboring Great Pyramids Inn (restaurant rooftop 7000) and did not regret it, the service there is top notch!

First of all, the name of the hotel is Shadow Pyramid. Above it is the restaurant Tree Pyramid. The room I booked was a two-bedroom with balcony, but the first room I was shown was a two-bedroom with no windows. When I told them that this was different from what I had booked, I was shown to a one-bedroom room and told that the two-bedroom room was under construction and was not available. In the end, I was split into two rooms, one of which had no windows. As others have written, you should expect to be told something different from what you booked. The view is great, but if that's the case, there are other hotels with that kind of view, so I recommend choosing another one.
