The location is excellent. It is directly opposite the ticket office at the East Gate. The private balcony can see all nine pyramids. The top floor has an unobstructed view (but because it is close to the scenic area, there is a lot of camel and horse feces. You can smell it when you go out. Fortunately, there is no smell on the balcony)
The room is clean but lacks disposable items
The hotel provides paid meals and hookahs, etc. It is not bad
It is very suitable for lying down in the afternoon to watch the sunset of the pyramids. The itinerary for visiting the pyramids the next morning

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe.
Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best.
Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that.
Beside this. 5/5
Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse.
For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

The reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast.
Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax.
I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour.
Sales pitch expected as poor area.
Breakfast was way too much, very tasty
Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid.
Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close.
Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.

The clerk service is particularly good! ! ! The little buddies are very enthusiastic and the waiter at the door is also very reliable! You can see the pyramid on the balcony upstairs. The pizza price in the store is also very normal, and it was sent to the room. The elder of the guard is also very good! Always help us, always smile and serve us guide! The garden is also very good! Really exceeded expectations! The only fly in the ointment may be that we came to stay in January and there was some cold because the hotel air conditioner only had cold air 🥹

Here’s a more enthusiastic version: The hotel was absolutely fantastic if you're looking for something simple yet charming! They offered free WiFi and delicious breakfasts. I was so surprised when they went out of their way to liaise with my dad to arrange a birthday cake for me—such a sweet gesture! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were happy. And if you want to stay close to the Giza Pyramids and enjoy a breathtaking view while having breakfast, this is the perfect spot! Huge thanks to everyone for making our stay so memorable, especially Mustafa, the big boss, who ensured everything ran smoothly. We miss you all already! Highly recommended to anyone visiting—this hotel is a gem! Big hugs to everyone 🙏🙏🙏

Don't be fooled by the rundown lobby and tiny elevators. The room was very clean, and we, a couple with two children, had a comfortable stay. All service staff are very welcoming. Similar to domestic serviced apartments, the price is affordable. There is a supermarket downstairs at the intersection and it is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramid from the rooftop. It gets a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or slightly thicker clothes. But it's very hot during the day.
Hygiene: very clean
Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevators are so old that they look like scenes from a ghost movie.
Environment: When you actually enter the hotel, the view from the rooftop is very good, but there will be a power outage.
Service: Every waiter is warm and friendly.

EEsee MunkhIf this hotel is in your budget, JUST BOOK IT! You can’t find any hotel that is better than this. I swear, Al Farida is one of the 2 best hotels in Giza!
I was searching for a Giza hotel for over 2 weeks, yet couldn’t find any. Decided to get a hotel after I arrive in Giza by seeing with my own eyes and chose this one.
THIS HOTEL IS BRAND NEW, 2 months old as of January, 2025. When you enter the room, you’d smell wood from new furnitures, very pleasant. Shower is nice, instantly hot.
Location is very good, 50-100 meters from the entrance of Giza Pyramids but no smell of horse and camel dung. As it’s so close to the pyramids, the view from the rooftop is breathtaking as well…
Staff are amazing as well. Lovely Muhamed (both), Eslam, Tahir… They’re all fantastic, will make your stay great. Also, you’ll see the cutest bellboys there (only 15,17 years old).
In short, JUST BOOK IT. Hotel rooms look exactly like on the pics. Don’t hesitate. Trust me!
Minor issues to fix: Curtains were half in our room, breakfast and food takes more than 30 minutes.
Oh my goodness, where do I begin🙂? Lodging at the Pyramid On The Spot View was one of the best decisions I made while planning our vacation to Egypt. Prior to our arrival, I was in steady contact with an hotel employee by the name of Ahmed. Although, there is 8 hours difference between our countries, Ahmed responses were always prompted. My husband and I booked roundtrip airport transportation and 3 days of events/tours/excursions with the hotel... all for a great price. Ahmed was our tour guide and was with us daily. We also had a driver by the name of Ali. He is the absolute best driver to navigate the unlabled streets in parts of Egypt🤣. The hotel is situated in the heart of Giza. The area is not a luxury tourist area, here, one will get the cultural feel of what it's like to really reside in Giza. The hotel features an outdoor rooftop for dining, which has an incredible view of the pyramids. The hotel not only offers an amazing view, comfortable lodging with crisp, wrinkle-free linens, fresh white towels, tasty meals and drinks daily; they also offer deals you can't beat for tours, along with roundtrip transportation to/from the airport. Your well-being and comfortability is top priority to the staff during your stay. It is 100% genuine, not forced. Everyone had a pleasant and approachable aura about them. As a frequent traveler, I always look at reviews prior to booking any hotel/resort. This hotel does not have many reviews due to it being fairly new but I would insist on giving them a try. In a few months, getting a room here will be hard to come by. Please do not hesitate to book a stay here. Oh and the owner Fatma is amazing🙂. She's a force to be reckon with in the hotel/tourism industry. We absolutely love the hotel and the people who work there. We have new found family in the ”Gift of the River Nile.” See you all soon🙏🏽❤️ Janet Jackson & The Actor🤣🤣🤣
GGuest UserThis hotel surprised me because the interior of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant and terrace on the top floor is clean, new and modern, and the price is not expensive. There are really not many hotels in Egypt that can do this! I think the breakfast is pretty good. The terrace on the top floor has a beautiful view, overlooking the pyramids and the sunset, which is very impressive. There are regular sockets in the room so you don’t need to bring an adapter and there are a lot of sockets. This is definitely a plus when traveling abroad! And I don’t recommend the pyramid view room, because there are many stables on the block outside the window of the room on the side of the pyramid... The smell is hard to describe. Just go to the top floor terrace to see the pyramid.
Another thing I don't like very much is that I stayed in the hotel for three days, and I renewed it on Ctrip on the third day. I told the front desk staff, but they would call to remind me at 10 a.m. every day for the next two days. I checked out... It's hard to comment... Apparently they don't seem to have a shortage of housing...
GGuest UserFantastic value. Pretty basic but clean and comfortable. The big plus here is the team running it. It’s a family and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Food and beer if you wish is brought in except breakfast which is done in house and is delicious but simple. The views are amazing, you’re yards from the pyramids gate, but some local construction has intruded just a bit. A previous review mentioned the state of the lane accessing the hotel. This has now been sorted and it’s now paved (the owners of a few local properties clubbed together to get it done) and very clean. I’d strongly recommend you book all your trips through the owner Mohammed. OK, you’ll probably pay a bit more but the guys he uses as guides and drivers are trusted friends or family and it’s in his interest to not organise a bad day out. Rambo in particular was great. Corruption and hassling tourists is big ticket stuff here, using trusted guys will ensure you don’t get ripped off when out and about. You’ll save money and grief in the long run! Overall, great value, lovely people, basic but safe, clean and I’d be back in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the team there for a wonderful experience.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel! It is just in front of the pyramids so you can go there by a walk. You can see perfectly the ”sound and lights” show there, it has the most beautiful views from its rooftop and you can have dinner in its restaurant (sandwiches, pizza, pasta, egyptian food and so on). This is the perfect choice.
The good… Staff on the front desk are super friendly. Very helpful. Very happy to help with travel, tours and aways welcome you back with a smile and a chat after a trip out. Fantastic view of the pyramids, with a roof top terrace where. you can sit at any time of the day, with no pressure to buy drinks. Very close to the entrance to the pyramids. Free taxi from the airport. Easily found the driver on arrival. It’s a cheap place to stay. The not so good… The hotel is in a back alley, along side where the horses are stabled for the evening. We were there in February so the smell wasn’t to bad. But the horses run freely in the evening so it can be a bit nervy getting past them sometimes. Breakfast was basic. Mediocre. No orange juice included just tea or coffee. Hotel room isn’t to clean. Shower door missing. Sheets were clean but top quilts were dirty and stained. Very unappealing! It could all do with a good scrub. We did have a view of the pyramids but directly outside the window is a lot of debris, dirt and rubbish. At around 5.30 the local roaster starts to crow and continues for around an hour on and off.
location is perfect and you are 5 minutes from the entrance to the pyramids. Comfortable room with views of the pyramids. Wonderful breakfast and the hotel staff are very kind and helped us with everything we needed. I recommend! Next time I come to Egypt I will certainly stay at this hotel.
Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH 🪴🙏
鄙鄙德潘Booked on Ctrip, checkin the same day, the waiter didn't receive my order and asked me to resubmit $ 20 to rebook. Find Ctrip to deal with, Ctrip is very enthusiastic and has repeatedly confirmed that the communication with the booking agent is paid and no further payment is required. After communicating for one morning, I decided to refund the order and go to another hotel for reservation. As a result, when the waiter saw that I was going to die, he refused to pay an additional 20 dollars and immediately made a mistake at 180 degrees. Let me live right away. I'm drunk too. The people here have a deep routine. The instant impression is down. The only advantage of this hotel is that the sunset of the pyramid can take the horizon, and the rest of the facilities can not be complimented. Recommend this hotel for the second night (Pyramid Valley Boutique Hotel). The facilities are very good, and the waiter boss is enthusiastic. The boss's son also invited me to drink Coke at night, free of charge. Focus on helping him promote it. The most important thing when traveling is to be honest and not pit each other. Pictures are from pyramides valley. Hygiene is much better than this one. Bringing a girl is not recommended to stay in this hotel, take it to the bottom of the Golden Tower ...
