Ctrip.com mostró que este era un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Llegamos a la tienda alrededor de las 10:30 p.m. Estaba oscuro y la puerta estaba cerrada. El portero se puso en contacto con la recepción y abrió la puerta para que entrara el coche. Solo había un miembro del personal en la recepción. Dijo que no había ningún pedido para nosotros en la computadora, y luego llamó a un colega masculino y le dijo: Hicieron un pedido. No preparamos una habitación king size. El hombre dijo que iría a echar un vistazo. Volvió en 2 minutos y me dio una llave. Dijo que la habitación había sido arreglada y que estaba cansado de correr por un día. Nos quedamos dormidos sin mirar con cuidado. Me despertaron mosquitos alrededor de las 2 en punto de la noche. No usé el teléfono en la habitación. Salí y vi que el centro de recepción cerraba la ventana. No había luz, así que tuve que volver a mi habitación y seguir durmiendo.

This hotel is extremely quirky with all sorts of antiques and unusual objects around the communal areas, it is set out of the town and could be so lovely, however it is rundown, rooms are tired the grounds are unkempt and there is an overall feeling of not being looked after. The breakfast was poor not much choice and not really very nice. When we arrived I wanted to leave but seems there isn’t much choice in Nazca so we stayed. The hotel wasn’t busy which may have impacted the ability to get service at the bar and a decent evening meal. Due to the location you have no choice but to try and make the most of whats on offer. On the plus side there is some wonderful wildlife, we saw peacocks, an owl, humming birds and ducks.

Terrible experience, the price doesn’t justify the service or the quality of the installations. The pool was dirty and with algae, the bed mattress is really hard and we found a dead spider under one pillow. The hotel was very old and the garden was very neglected, it doesn’t match wit the photos here or in Booking, there was animal poo in all the surrounding halls. We gladly only stay one night, I’ll never return to that hotel.

Located outside the city and near the airport This place provide a big garden but abandoned At the restaurant there is only one waitress who run like a hell The food is really bad Room was ok The staff at the reception is not so friendly This place could be so nice with some upgrade and more service

As part of a travel tour (which we paid additional for accommodations), we stayed here. Supposedly, the only four star hotel in Nazca, we arrived and were very impressed with the grounds, outside property, etc. However, once assigned a room, it was a throwback to a 1960s motel. Minimal amenities had to almost beg for additional pillows and towels, which took more than an hour. Granted, we visited during the "shoulder season", however, we were completely underwhelmed. A few of the staff were friendly, but mostly uninterested in the level of advertised accommodation. Dinner was enjoyable. Breakfast was unmemorable. Not knowing much about Nasca, we'd probably do more due diligence than the tour company (Exoticca) did on our behalf. Also, be prepared for minimal English communication and have your smartphone available with translation.

When you arrive at this hotel you are mer with a feeling of not knowing what to expect. The hotel is all on one level but covers a vast area. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very basic and dated, lack of power sockets. The dining room is very dark and not illuminated, saving electricity. The evening meal was basic. Breakfast is not very good. No menu I was offered fried eggs, there is toast and fruit. The hotel is very run down and overall very dusty and dirty. I would want to swim in the pool. This hotel could be lovely with the right investment and management sadly it is akin to something out of a forgotten era.

An old hacienda, which has been turned into a huge hotel. Lots of common rooms with couches you can use. Nice pool with a poolbar. Very friendly staff which let us keep the room till 9pm! 10 min in a taxi from downtown - but taxis are cheap, so we preferred a quietly place. Only one a bit negative comment is there was ants in my bathroom, but this is something they can fix. A very nice place. We stayed there during the political unrest in Peru and felt very safe. A shame so many tourists stayed away. I would love to stay here when all tourists are back and there will be lots of people in the beautiful place.

This accommodation is located well out of town down a long and awful dirt road. Reception staff were nice but we had to chase staff down to get a meal in the restaurant where we were the only people in a huge room. The grounds are lovely, the room was large but there is no air-conditioning. I slept under a damp towel to try to stay cool.

Stayed here in the family room. Very comfortable, the staff and manager Alfredo very friendly and accomodating. The location is outstanding. Driving up a dirt road and grotty buildings you enter through a gate into a paradise. Used to be an old monestary, now it is a luxury resort with two swimming pools, a bar, restaurant, beautiful gardens and peacocks! If you stay in Peru winter, note if you have a bald head like me you may need a hat at night since it can get very cold in the desert.
