Received a call from the Reception (Mr. Ahmad) while in the room after dinner enquiring about if I lost any item. Only then realised realised my missing wallet. It was found by a staff MrAzim who sent it to the Reception. Mr. Azim refused any any form of reward. I can thank him via Trip Advisor. I cannot thank him enough….Insyallah

The hotel is in busy Nazareth, Israel The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was very crowded with lots of tour groups, and all the places seemed to be reserved. There was no adequate place for individuals and couples. It seems like they cater mostly for tour groups.

Mary’s Well Hotel was a business visit with a group of Spanish pilgrims for a stay of four nights, from which we explored the surroundings and the region. The staff very friendly and the food was above average. Rooms were clean and well kept and maintained. A good experience

The hotel offers modest accommodation conditions. Agglomeration at the elevator. The air conditioning does not work, at least during heating. Modest rooms, acceptable cleanliness. Hotel used by pilgrims. Acceptable buffet breakfast, acceptable dinner.

The accomodation was good, also the food and the staff friendly: Amin and the others A Little bit noisy during the morning because the were groups from many countries, but ok. The location is central and near shops.

This is the worst hotel I have visited in my life. I am filing a criminal complaint for: 1- attempted fraud 2- misleading advertising 3- Non-assistance to a person in danger; in France in Israel against the hotel and the Dan chain. I had made a reservation for the night of 07/08/2022 with my family. On 06/08 my daughter suffered from serious food poisoning, which prevented us from spending the night at the hotel because we had to interrupt our trip and return immediately to France for my daughter to be treated. I showed up at the hotel on 007/08 in the morning and explained the situation to the concierge. He called the manager who said it was not my problem. Back in France I discovered that I had been billed for the 2 rooms despite the medical emergency, but the worst is that I had booked with Booking on 03/08 at a price of 112 eur / room = in total 225 euros and he charged me 287.50 euros. My lawyers added a complaint for "attempted theft". These people of this channel are real ***** without any scruple or humanity. I'm not even going to imagine who the host is supposed to be. Run away, this is a hotel. I hope that the money that stole from me will serve them to wipe out their misfortunes!
