第一次到納雍來出差
這次入住體驗真的差到讓人失望，必須好好説道説道。
首先是房間設備，一看就是嚴重老化，洗臉池的水壓大得離譜，一開水龍頭水直接濺得滿身都是，洗個手跟打仗似的。
再説説衞生問題，簡直觸目驚心。床上能看到明顯的頭髮，浴室裡頭發就更多了，甚至還發現了不知名的垃圾，讓人瞬間沒了住下去的心情。房間裏還有一股説不清的異味，過道地毯也臟兮兮的，踩上去都覺得膈應。
最後提一下餐廳，服務員的態度特別差，問個問題愛答不理，語氣也很不耐煩，完全沒有服務意識。
總之，從硬件到衞生再到服務，沒有一樣能讓人滿意，絕對不會再來第二次，也真心不推薦給其他人！

這個複式房的細節設計太粗糙了，上樓梯時的轉角處非常鋒利，小朋友腳上被掛了兩個傷口，好歹也打磨一下嘛，影響心情。

非常滿意這次住宿，酒店在細節和服務上做得尤為出色。從踏入酒店那一刻起，就能感受到細緻入微的關懷：前台快速識別會員身份，主動升級了高樓層安靜房間，並詳細介紹了設施。房間設計考究，佈局合理，採光極好，窗外視野開闊。床墊和枕頭提供了多種選擇（枕頭菜單很貼心！），睡眠質量極佳。浴室乾濕分離，備品品質上乘，還配備了智能馬桶，體驗加分。客房服務響應迅速且專業，夜床服務的小點心和手寫卡片讓人倍感温暖。服務人員添補及時，態度友善。無論是硬件設施的維護保養，還是軟性服務的温度，都體現了酒店的高水準，下次必定首選！

這次出差納雍6天，前兩天換了兩家酒店，第三天住了菲兒斯沒再換過了，零下的天氣，酒店的空調太給力了，打掃的大姐特別可愛，説吹空調幹，多喝點水，水給的超級多.印象中其他酒店最多給4-6瓶.房間寬敞整潔，給人一種特別舒服的氛圍.停車方便.早餐也是多樣化，每天都不重樣.

這家酒店真的太棒了！一進大堂就感覺特別氣派，工作人員都很熱情，辦理入住也特別快。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪特別舒服，睡起來很解乏。浴室的設施也都很好用，熱水充足，水壓也很合適。房間的隔音效果也不錯，晚上很安靜，能讓我一夜好眠。酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲料應有盡有，味道都很不錯。而且酒店的位置也很好，出行很方便，周邊有很多景點和商場。服務方面更是沒得説，有任何需求，工作人員都會及時幫忙解決。總之，這次住宿體驗非常完美，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店。
