Ampelos Suites

This little 8 room boutique hotel ticked all the boxes. 1. Prompt prearranged airport pick up for €10. 2. The room was tastefully furnished.Think IKEA meets the beach. 3. A delicious home cooked breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. 4.Rooms serviced everyday. 5. Stunning views from the roof. This would suit anyone that is looking for a quiet room away from the noisy port but a short walk to everything. NB There is no full time reception but the manager is only a phone call away.

Lovely hotel with exceptional attentive service. Sofia is brilliant and incredibly helpful. Loved her local tips. Location was great with convenient, local transport options. Room was beautifully designed.

I am not an easy one to give 5 stars in accommodation, having been occupied in hospitality for a long time. However this place, is totally worth it. To begin with, location is excellent, in the center of the town of Naxos, less than 10' walk from everything. View was spectacular from our room, you get to see the old castle, port and the famous Portara. The suites themselves, are impeccable and equipped with everything you might need. So much attention to detail, amazing aisthetics, spacious and spotless clean. Moreover, towels and beddings so luxurious and fresh! Lastly, the hosts are the actual asset! Evi went out of her way to help us with everything, she picked us from the port, waited for us to get ready and dropped us to a beach further out of town because it was on her way and offered to dropped us back to the port. And all this for only a night's stay. We cannot thank Evi and her husband enough, people like them define Greek hospitality! We will never look for other accomodation when in Naxos because Ampelos will be very hard to top.
