There was a slight problem with this reservation, because photos showed one rooms (renovated), and the lowest offer was actually for an annex building, which was mentioned with part of one word, but having in mind the price and location - about 10 minutes walking from a great beach, I can only remember this stay with good. Just one advice - read carefully the room description, so that you actually get what you expected.

I booked with *********** to stay in Depis Place and Apartments for one night at the end of September 2023. I was travelling with my friend (both females, early 20s). We arrived shortly before check-in and were told there was a "technical problem" and were subsequently moved to a completely different property 10 minutes away. We were told it was a "partner" accommodation, however it seemed a lot cheaper and more run down. We were shown our room and told that this is where we would be staying instead. The room was dirty and many of the amenities in the room were broken. During the night, on two different occasions someone tried to enter our room, luckily we had the door locked and bolted. Subsequently we were awoken at 7am to the sound of construction and moving furniture, none of which we were told about beforehand. Since, Depis Apartments has ignored both *********** and my request for a full refund for our stay and has not responded to our concerns at all. Would absolutely not recommend this place - especially as female solo travellers!

I visited this property a few days ago. I stayed on DEPIS PLACE solo but its a great choice for families too. The hotel satisfied my expectations, spacious, quiet and clean. I took a great room on the first floor with a balcony. The bed was so relaxing and the bath had a brand new shower! The Front Desk personel were friendly and gave me valuable information's about the town. The only minus, there were no shampoo on the bath so i forced to bought from the local market. Also the location of the hotel is a handicap, the reception send me a map but even with this it took me a lot to find it! Definitely i recommended it and surelly i will return!

Very decent hotel: located a stone's throw from the beach + a stone's throw from the city center and above all quiet, away from the noise. We were welcomed with great kindness, the host showed us everything there was to do on the island, we are very satisfied.

We booked 5 nights in August in a room for 4 people. They put us in a reconditioned room in a cleaning products warehouse. We asked for the change, and they didn't give any option. For reference, Location in the basement next to the reception. The next room is the same, real, used as a warehouse for cleaning products. 2 single beds, real =＞ bunk beds. Private balcony, real=＞ basement lower patio. Humidity and poor ventilation throughout the room. Fully equipped kitchen, real, =＞ see photos. Very poor kitchen equipment. Toaster and coffee maker, real, there is none. Exterior furniture, very poor, see photos. Private entrance, does not exist, you enter through the basement through the reception. . Anti mosquito curtains, real, there are none. I have made the claim at the hotel, and they tell me that they are full and that they have no other option. Of course, the receptionist Sofía, very nice, but she didn't give any solution. Everything was to consult with his boss.
