We got what we paid for. No soap in bathroom. Bedsheets placed folded on the corner of bed every morning not made. No blanket/duvet. We used our own clothes as blankets. Front desk guy didnt care when we explained. Nothing resolved by the end.

It was for a 2 star hotel very good. Nice apartments around a beautiful garden. The boy at the reception gave me information about busses, beaches etc. The rooms are very clean, there is shampoo and douchegel. Nice terrace. Breakfast is simple but everything you need. Overall a good experience. Also opposite is a supermarket, busstop is close by which brings you within abt 7 minutes to the centre and the other side within 10 minites to beautiful beaches. I would come back here. Thank you Ioannis and son/daughter 😁

We can't recommend Sagterra. Mostly because of the bad service and attitude. The rooms are fine, the pool too and the location is ok (a fifteen minute walk to the nice harbour). But at arrival we didn't even get a welcome. No information or anything. And when we asked about hotel information we got a "like?" in response. No pool towels, hot water missing in shower sometimes and the breakfast is very much not worth it, just some bread and jam, green boiled eggs and Greek yogurt. On the other hand, Naxos is a nice island. And the main town perfectly ok. Friendly people, good food and cosy alleys.

We know what to expect from Greece after the 4th year but… This time it was a complete disappointing accommodation… 12 days and from the 2nd I wanted to leave… It’s more a stand-by hotel for who stays 1 / 2 days waiting the connection (Ferry).. Room: very poor and shabby… Bathroom: no comment Breakfast: basic and the same every day.. day.. day Pool: ok but while behind buildings sun comes and goes and comes… Position: ok 10 min. from the “centre” (but in a busy street) People: we arrived and they were surprised to see us… they tried to be helpful but… Overall: poor, very poor… and No, thank you THE ISLAND IS FANTASTIC / TERRIFIC / AWESOME !!!!!!

This hotel could be so much better with a small amount of effort, the pool and reception areas are nice and well kept, the rooms were pretty terrible with wobbly furniture, doors/windows that didnt shut, water that constantly came out of drains flooding bathroom floor. No pool/garden view as promised, didn't ask to change as staff were so lethargic seemed like anything was a huge effort. Vital info was not given when we arrived (like how to work safe and how to get in after midnight!!). Location is OK but a bit of a treck into town.

Very nice building but rooms are all different. If you are lucky you have a great room but most are very outdated. Most airco’s are not working. If you say something about it, they start to look difficult or shout. They seem very tired!…..not the most friendly people run the hotel. Greek filoxenia far to find….

Terrible experience. Extremely rude and disfunctional family running the hotel ( never seen anything alike in the entire world ). The bathroom was dirty and flooding and i asked to change room. The young guy in the reception was extremely unpolite, refused calling the manager and giving me complaint book and started calling names. An older man came and started shouting in greek for us to go out. I had to call the police because they were starting to become violent in words and gestures. Didn't feel safe at all. No words to describe, really traumatizing. This so called hotel should not operate in business anywhere in the world. The breakfast had half eaten bread and was dirty in some points. The bathroom was unbelievably old, however in the website they have a modern bathroom. They only want tourists'money.

You walk in through front door and you step into paradise with the palm trees, flowers everywhere, and large pool. Lovely. Stayed 4 days/nights. Staff very nice & helpful, room great, all areas very clean, great complete breakfast (includes best yogurt). Grocery store right across street and bus stop too. Great restaurant and café few steps away. Short walk to St.George's beach and port/town center. 2nd time here and still tops! 10/10

The staff was friendly and the rooms, pool area and the hotel area was clean and Nice. The towels was changed every day and the bed sheets every second day. A simpel but good breakfast was included. It was refrigirator and aircondition in the rooms. It was a quite area and about 10 minutes slow walk to the beach and port area.
