Every aspect of our stay, from the room, to the food, to the staff to the location to the view was absolutely the best. We WILL be going back to stay there again. The location is RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with excellent restaurant and bar options within a 2 min walk. It is an easy $2 bus ride to all the food and shopping you could want. Sophia and Kostas treated us like family. We spent 2 weeks in Greece over 2 islands, Athens and 4 hotels. Dream on Plaka was our dream come true. Thank you Sophia.

Dream on Plaka is a beautifully and comfortably decorated boutique hotel located across from a nice stretch of Plaka Beach. Sophia (a gem) greeted us warmly, arranged for our transport to the hotel from the ferry, and from the hotel for an early morning flight. She also arranged for transport to Mt. Zas and a great guide, Stephanous, to help us hike to the top (highest point in the Cyclades islands). The rooms are tastefully decorated. Try to get a room on the second floor with a view. The showers are great. Breakfast is ordered the day before and delivered to your room. The beach chairs (for rent) across the street are very nice with casual beach side food service. The water is clear and beautiful. Plaka sports is right next to the area if you are interested in water sports. At night, people stroll the road in front of the hotel, choosing a taverna (among the many choices) to dine at. We started several of our evenings next door at Plaka Water Sports bar which had great drinks and appetizers and a beautiful view of the sunset. They also have great burgers if you want a break from Greek cuisine. We highly recommend this hotel for your next stay on Naxos!

We stayed at Dream on Plaka a year ago, soon after this jewel of a boutique hotel opened. It has gotten only better, now serving a delicious breakfast by room service only. The service is impeccable and everyone on the staff is professional and attentive. Room service is flawless. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and the accommodations offer every comfort. Sofia and Kostas, the owners, are always there to make sure everything runs smoothly, and it does. The magnificent beach of Plaka is across the street and all the restaurants and beach bars are in walking distance. If one wishes to go to Chora, the capital, the island bus stops in front of the hotel. Highly recommended

We have been going to Plaka, Naxos’ best and longest beach, every summer for close to 15 years and it is common to meet people one has met the years before; some have been coming for many more years that we have. Dream on Plaka had just opened in July 2022 when we stayed for the first time. We found the hotel through a search engine and were very impressed with the photos we saw of the hotel, the location, and the views. Dream on Plaka was not on TripAdvisor and I am thrilled to see it is now listed so I may post the review and photos I saved for the time it was listed. The warm hospitality of Sofia and her family begins with the moment of check-in, when cold drinks and pastries are offered. The hotel did not serve breakfast last year but I understand it will next summer. Both our room and the property were sparkling clean and well-taken care of. The hotel’s beach umbrella area was the most luxurious among the hotel beach umbrella areas on Plaka beach; only photos can do it justice. The owners have put much love in creating this little paradise on the beach, and it shows. The room we stayed at was immaculate and had every comfort imaginable; the best materials have been used and the sense of relaxation was exquisite. While no breakfast was being served on the hotel’s first season of operation, there was beach umbrella and table service for light fare, such as salads, sandwiches, drinks, and the like. I have included a photo of what we thought were the best fries on the island; and Naxos is famous for its potatoes!
