The hotel room did not meet the standards of a four-star property it was quite basic. The worst part was the shower; when turned on, yellow, dirty water came out. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem to take it seriously. While the property looked impressive from the outside, the rooms themselves were quite underwhelming.

Gd hotel at navsari is nice accommodation for a work trip. It's peaceful with professional staff. Not entirely service oriented but not a problem either.

Excellent hotel with excellent architecture. I myself is fan of old and artistic architecture. Spacious rooms. Clean neat and tidy rooms and an entire property. 100% recommended.

The hotel ambience was good with good location. The hotel is upgrading itself by addicting some few more amenities. I would suggest to add swimming pool also. Customer service little here and there but overall good.
