Use the firepit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Use ALL items at your own risk including floats and life jackets. GUESTS: Please make sure the guest count in your booking is accurate for supplies & occupancy limits.SERVICES: Pool maintenance will be conducted every Wednesday, this insures balanced water and cleanliness. They will enter through back gate next to pool pump.Lawn Maintenance is done every other Tuesday. . Reminders will be sent out if your stay overlaps either of these days. ALARMS: Alarms will be disabled upon check in. Each time the back door is opened, there will be notifications chiming in the house.
