Reception staff behavior is rude or maybe it is language issue!
if you call reception for something, the person on other side won't understand english or hindi, he/she will ask someone sitting near to them, that person will understand english or hindi, but that person won't continue the call, that person will translate. And all this happens in a very rude tone! then they'll respond to you with a sugar coating. It is so funny! miltiple rude reminders for food bill!
send the qr with food only. I felt like tension in restaurant and reception!
why to give multiple reminders when person has not checked out?
i was in middle of one interview and receptionist called and asked "sir there is one pending bill of one tea"
i won't run without paying it madam. I am in middle of something more important! i have hung dnd sticker on door, still room cleaning rang the bell everyday!
room cleaners are not in sync with reception. I liked the food and room is ckean and comfortable. But staff was determined to spoil my stay. I respect tata and i like ginger, shifting today to ginger tharamani because of your staff issues here. Train them!
