No compréis una caja de estas, son un timo, yo cuando me decido a cajear, me mostraba que por un pago de 40€ más podías mejorar la experiencia, cuando me puse en contacto con el establecimiento, no les aparecía nada de eso y el bono no se pudo usar.

Ayer fui con mi hija a disfrutar de una experiencia de spa y masaje que ella me regaló de una caja Smartbox hace algo más de un año. Está experiencia tenía fecha de caducidad en marzo de 2025, así que cual fué nuestra sorpresa cuando no pudimos canjear nuestra caja porque la experiencia ya no estaba disponible. Gracias al establecimiento donde habíamos hecho la reserva que se portó genial pudimos, pagando algo más, disfrutar de la experiencia . Mi valoración hacia Smartbox es muy negativa. Si hacéis experiencias con una caducidad de dos años debéis asumirlas y si no váis a ser capaces, no engañéis a la gente y poned caducidades más cortas que podáis cumplir (estamos en agosto de 2024 y la caducidad era para marzo de 2025)

Experiencia para olvidar fui con mi pareja para desconectar un poco de la rutina y en un primer momento todo parecía tal y como aparecía en las imágenes hasta que por sorpresa por la tarde se fue la luz de la habitación y se quedó la puerta abierta ya que todo funciona con tarjetas y nada de llaves, por suerte estábamos allí pero si hubiésemos salido cualquiera podría haber entrado en la habitación, solución en 10 minutos pero lo peor fue cuando a las 3:30 de la mañana al bajar al baño otra vez se nos fue la luz y hasta pasados 20 minutos después de tener que buscar a algún trabajador, de que probara de todo en la habitación, se diera cuenta de que hay algo que hace cortocircuito mientras tanto los dos despiertos esperando, ya que solo empujando la puerta se podía abrir. Para colmo estamos esperando la hoja de reclamaciones por correo ya que allí no saben ni donde la tienen.Añado foto de la puerta a las 3:30 de la mañana donde se ve el sensor apagado y por tanto la puerta abierta. En resumen no pienso volver.

Es una estafa total. Llevo desde 2018 intentado usarla y no hay forma. He tenido que cambiar la validez varias veces. En esta última ocasión he cambiado la caja porque en la web me aparecían opciones que una vez cambiada por 50 €, las opciones no existen. Nunca hay disponibilidad en los alojamientos, además filtras Madrid y te salen alojamientos fuera de España. No puedes hablar con ellos, el robot te contesta lo que quiere. Quiero devolver la caja que acabo de comprar y no hay opciones....DE VERDAD, POR FAVOR, NI SE OS OCURRA, ES UNA COMLETA BASURA. Mil veces mejor y más barato por booking o cualquier página similar, además que la calidad de los ajamientos es muy superior y más económico.
