We recently staying in a jacuzzi suite. The room was large and clean with a jacuzzi. It was a great place to relax to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food in the resturant was excellent. Parking is avalable under the hotel. Be aware that the staff does not habla English. The only two drawbacks to the hotel is it is on a one way street so you may need GPS to locate the hotel and it is not adviseable for people not to walk the neighborhood after dark. All and all it was a plesant stay and would stay here again

The room was perfect. But service a bit confusing. We asked for room service 10 pm, we assume because of earthquake we never received our order. Fire alarm started 20 minutes after earthquake, we were confused if leaving rooms or not. The room was open while I was in a video call, then while I was in the shower, 2 times!!!! The lady wanted to see if I consumed beverages from minibar, but she could not understand I was busy. And she already checked the first time, I cannot understand why she opened for a second time. if we are allowed to leave room before 11 am, why is people disturbing at 8 and 9 am?

I love the view from the Terrace at the top of the hotel, also have food services all day, right in front of the square and take you if you need transport, definitely the leisure very well, The service was very good everyone are very kind, they made me feel like at home and safe for all their protocols, finally return!

Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

The room is a standard twin room. The bed is very comfortable and clean. There is a hair dryer but no ironing machine. We didn't include breakfast at the time. We went to the hotel for breakfast for 319 pesos, which was more than 100 yuan per person. We had to order breakfast. The surrounding environment is very safe, close to the independent pillar and within walking distance. There is a park around and the street opposite is bustling! There is a band singing and the atmosphere is very good. There are also a lot of street food, all TACO, not expensive, not cheap, more than 20 yuan. It's safe and worth living. If you don't have more budget, it's okay. In addition, it is not expensive to wash a few pieces of clothes, more than 80 yuan. Tipping is required, 10 to 20 pesos for carrying luggage; 15% is usually given for meals in restaurants, which is quite a lot! When going out in Mexico, use UBER, but it’s more expensive than in China! But it’s better than taking a pink taxi! Pink taxis carry a lot of passengers! Don't do it! Unless your Spanish is over 6! The room is very comfortable. The cleaning of the place is very good. The room is wide and very comfortable with enough facilities to support the traveler. TV channels are numerous. The hotel's services: gym, restaurant, cafeteria, bar, room service, auto check-in and ceiling parking are very functional. However, independent of the hotel services, I hope you can manage with the authorities to ensure that the nearby streets (on the return side) have better lighting, signals and better bathing.
