Room is little bit old and small but there is a penthouse. A window faces the corridor but need to close at night to protect privacy. Reasonable price.

Hey guys! The stay was very cozy! The restaurant and bar made it perfect! Thank you for the guest laundry space! Sucha life saver! The receptionist specially was veryyyy sweeet! She gave us a lot of information! Sucha sweetheart! However it would be good to have a microwave but it’s understandable why you guys do not provide it. Sadly we couldn’t experience snow as much as we wanted but it’s okay next time! Thanks much!

They know at this place what hospitality is. Got half the price for breakfast bc I eat vegan. They were willing to borough me a charger and bring it to my room. The atmosphere was very good. Recommend the place highly

Facilities: This may be the largest hotel in the town of Tongariro Volcano, with ample parking 🅿️, a restaurant (the taste is good), and a bar.
Environment: There is a gas station in the town, with a small supermarket attached. The oil and commodity prices are relatively high. The town is not big, there are few people, and it is quiet. You can see the crater in the distance outside the hotel door and the restaurant.
Hygiene: The room is a loft, the area is not large, the bathroom is small, and there is no kitchenware in the room for cooking.
All in all, for the magnificent volcano hiking, there seems to be not much choice except staying here, but it is also a two-night stay, it will not be too difficult, it is good

Good location, right at the foot of the mountain. There is a shuttle bus for hiking. The room is small. It is recommended to book a duplex so that you can put your luggage downstairs. It is a very special experience. There are no toiletries in the room, you need to bring your own
