Great food! Great service! The staff were nice to me. After a long tiring working day, this hotel is a good choice for business travel. It is right at the harbor and next to all types of delicious restaurants.

My car broke down in Morgantown, WV. I called the hotel to cancel, expecting to be charged one night, not both. I believe I was charged for 2 nights and also had to purchase a hotel near my broken down car in WV. I believe the policy was to charge me one night and you would think they would throw you a bone and sympathize with my horrible situation.

Weekend excursion
Stay was great until Sunday morning Aug 17 8am with noise consistent from remodeling next door, called front desk.

Amazing stay at y Westin! Everything from check-in to the cleanliness and service was great. The Westin is close to the parking garage and excellent location to shops and dining.

This was a great hotel with great views and decent prices. The only complaint I would have is the people next to us had a party and was very loud but it did eventually calm down!!

great view of the harbor and ferris wheel if you select the deluxe water view option. Restaurant gave us free desert for our anniversary, very thoughtful servers.

Great view h
Beautiful view...however, we could not enjoy it due to the temperature of the room. The thermostat was not adjustable. Therefore, our room was quite warm if the curtains were open.

Everything was great about this experience, but I couldn’t help but notice that the room smelled like bleach. I mean, I guess that means it was clean?
