It is so peaceful and quiet underneath the shadows of the mountains. Makes you realize how small you really are. Hot springs were wonderful after a fifteen hour, ride in a car. Everything was the handicap accessible, most of the hot tubs, or easy to get in and out of. Wheelchair lift for one of the hot springs. Had a few deer hanging out in the parking lot and down by the main lodge. Take a moment to pamper yourself with a deep tissue massage. It was out standing. The town around the area I had so many neat shops and activities that you could do. We didn't even do a 10th of everything that we could have done. Can't wait to go back again.

Wonderful realist. The hot springs were amazing and had beautiful views. The staff were very friendly. There were convenient features such as towels you could exchange, on site store, and you could use the pools the day of check in and check out.

We loved our creekside room. Just heavenly. The area is so beautiful. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it takes SOOOOOO long to check in and check out! They really need a third desk person. Also, the woman at the Market was really unfriendly. We could barely get a hello out of her. Very uncomfortable feeling, like she wished we'd just leave.

Beautiful setting! Liked having the little shop for snacks. Not sure if construction was going on but some areas were not too pretty:/ the staff was amazing! The adult pool was wonderful!!

Great Springs! Inappropriate staff. Love the springs, have been coming here for decades. Decided to get a room this time. The description was inaccurate and even calling to confirm, accurate details on what was in the room (i.e. microwave) were not provided. It was quite dirty but we saw staff come through daily & the housekeepers were very polite asking if we needed anything. Otherwise felt safe in the room, and it was quiet (low occupancy while we were there). We didn't get to use the closest upper pool since it is only open on the weekends, and we were there mid-week. We ordered take-out from the onsite restaurant Mary Murphy Steakhouse. Paid a premium and honestly thought we were all going to get sick. Burgers tasted like fish. The staff was very rude since we were just picking up (gratuity included, they would have gotten a bigger tip if I'd just tipped as usual!). Pizza & wings from the neighboring Market were equally priced but MUCH better and the staff was actually inviting in the Market. Hearing the front desk staff who were soaking near closing after their shift end about how they don't make enough, have to share housing, can't believe what the tourists pay, etc was extremely inappropriate. Yes, we live in an overpriced resort area as well, but it's inappropriate to discuss while onsite and around paying patrons. The grounds are well kept and plenty of parking. Still love the springs! But not sure I'd stay onsite again.
