Upon entering the room, the AC already had it nice and cool. No problems in the room except the lavatory sink faucet dispenses warm to very hot water, but not cold water.There were a lot of cigarette butts and other clutter in the parking lot, but the staff was in the process of cleaning it up when I was there.

Disgusting and way over priced. Scary to sleep in. Took a half hour and a customer service call to be able to check in only to be given a filthy room with broken doors, looks like blood and bullet marks all over, rotted food remains in the microwave, adjoining room door kicked in, half the lock gone for front door. Nasty and regretful staying here, the hassle checking in should have been my sign to run far from this place. Seriously considering never using ******* again and just finding hotels on arrival because this place is trash.

When I arrived to check in there were many men just standing around outside the rooms. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the only room available was up a flight of steep and dangerous stairs and the room had a strong smoking smell. I asked for another room and there was literally nothing available. I didn’t feel safe staying there, getting my bags to the room, or leaving my car in the parking lot. I instead had to sleep on a friend’s couch. The motel staff couldn’t refund me because I reserved and paid through *******. I couldn’t find a way to get a refund through the *******, so I paid for two nights that I did not use. This is the worst ******* situation I’ve ever had and makes me question whether I’m safe to use the app for reserving rooms again.
