A lovely hotel. The floors look incredibly slippy but as no-one fell over I assume they aren't. If you can't resist straightening picture frames it might not be for you as everything is skewed, floors, window frames are all slanted. The views are incredible and we were lucky with some beautiful sunsets. The trips were excellent and well organised with brilliant guides. The all day photo trip to Torres del Paine with lunch in the park should not be missed. Now the reason it isn't a 5. The food when it is a la carte is stunning accompanied by lovely wine. However on a Sunday evening the only option is buffet and it was awful. We ate at 8pm and everything had been out since 6pm. Tough beef, dry salmon, everything that should be hot was barely lukewarm, Desserts that should be chilled also luke warm. It really was incredibly disappointing as the food the previous day had been so good we had high expectations and wanted to try so many things on the menu.

We were there for short stay but love the scenic view from the lobby and room. Has delicious food for all meals. Good service. Comfortable clean rooms. Only issue wifi was weak in the room. But easily accessible in thr lobby. Highly recommended.

An Experience That Left Much to Be Desired We fell into a trap by choosing this hotel. At first glance, the magnificent view and harmonious architecture with nature are impressive. However, this exterior beauty hides a series of shortcomings that make the stay frustrating. The hotel's distance from the city is a significant drawback. The transfer service, besides being charged at exorbitant prices, is operated by rude drivers, turning a simple trip into a true discomfort. Since this is a transfer offered by the hotel (albeit for a fee), one would expect the driver to have at least some information about the hotel, such as meal times. However, not only did he not know the schedules, but he also responded in a rude manner, which is unacceptable. The tours offered are also scandalously overpriced, costing nearly double what is available in the city, leaving us feeling exploited. The service at the reception is, at best, disappointing. The impression is that the staff are there merely out of obligation, with a blasé attitude suggesting they are doing us a favor by assisting us. This lack of cordiality is disheartening and does not align with what one expects from an establishment of this caliber. Additionally, the absence of porters and an elevator is a significant oversight for guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The hotel structure, which could be a positive differentiator, ends up becoming a hindrance. While the lunch and dinner menu is of good quality and reasonably priced, the lack of options for those who do not wish for a full meal or alcoholic beverages is an unacceptable limitation. Furthermore, the hotel claims to provide 24-hour service, but this information is misleading. The hours are strict: lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and when we arrived at 2:00 PM after a five-hour journey, there was nothing to eat. Snacks are served only from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and dinner occurs from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The breakfast, equally limited, is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Even after explaining that we hadn’t eaten since 5 AM, no exceptions were made. Lastly, the internet connection is only reasonable, further compromising the experience for those who need to stay connected. In summary, this hotel has potential, but the lack of attention to detail and disregard for guest comfort make it a difficult choice to recommend. The beauty of the location does not compensate for the numerous failures in the services provided. An experience that, instead of relaxing, left a bitter taste. For the price charged per night, there are much better and more interesting options available. I do not recommend this hotel!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but feel it could be bettered. Not having internet access in the bedroom (when we wanted to keep in touch with family) was a downside for us. NoTV in the bedroom was not an issue but it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair with a suitable light for reading in the room. Lighting in the bathroom also could be improved. A covered walkway from the spa to the main area of the hotel is a must to make it accessible for all. Food and general service at the hotel was good.

Built in 2007, this is an architectural marvel. The interior design is fabulous and funky. Still, it has downsides: 1) Wi-Fi is only available in the common areas, and the pool doesn't have Wi-Fi either. They say they want guests to disconnect and get "in tune with nature." That's fine for a yoga retreat or a cheap hotel. They shouldn't impose digital detox values on international clients who must communicate with their loved ones (or business associates). I wonder if they're trying to save money. 2) Many guests must traverse a long corridor open to the cold air to access the main building. And everyone has to go outside to access the pool. If they add Wi-Fi to all the rooms, you'll get a 5-star experience.

Hotel is really just average. Staff is nice but not willing to go out of their way for anything. Hotel is very poorly laid out with slippery steps to a second floor and another wing of the hotel a long walk away through a tunnel. The food is really just not good, everything at dinner each night was way overcooked and lacked flavor. Another person posted on the shower/Bathtub combination not being safe and I cannot express this enough. I slipped in the tub and was lucky to catch myself.
