The hotel impresses with its luxurious amenities and prime location for exploring Torre del Paine national park. Guests appreciate the attentive staff and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, some find the breakfast lacking.

This is one of those off-the-beaten-path hotels. That remain engraved in memory. Firstly for the architecture and style. It was an old sheep slaughterhouse in the Chilean Patagonia region. During the renovation, they kept all the history and equipment of the old refrigerator. Wonderful rooms with immense views of the lake. Perfect decoration and very comfortable. Restaurant is another highlight. Wonderful, gourmet cuisine and impeccable service from the salon staff. Perfect breakfast. If there's one point I could suggest, it's to improve the wine list a little more, as Chile has so many wineries and wonderful wine options that I found the restaurant's wine list a little out of line with Chile's potential. But nothing that compromises the whole.

Recommend the pool and sauna, it's great. The restaurant is also good. Tours are better. The room was great. Overall: 💯 The restaurant menu has alpaca meat, king crab, and eel are all local specialties

Upon arrival at this most unique of hotels until the day l regrettably it was time to depart I had the most wonderful of experiences. Whilst I had plans of hiking in Torres del Paine as a result of injury I found myself recovering (solo) in this ‘home’. The staff took me under their metaphorical wing and without exception they were professional, efficient, friendly, warm, kind and beautiful humans. A special mention to Jahnn, Carolina, Danni and Marck and of course course my breakfast companion Pamela. What a team, what a place, what an unforgettable experience. Thank-you to the team at the Singular Hotel Patagonia for raising the bar in hotel accommodation excellence. Muchos Garcias!

This is an excellent hotel with exemplary service especially at dinner. I have to say however that breakfast needs improvement. There are very few staff on duty so that when a rush of clients enter staff tend to be overwhelmed. Fewer staff means that tables are not cleared quickly and arriving for breakfast to be met with a range of tables covered the remains of guests breakfasts is not a welcoming sight. In all other respects this hotel exceeds all expectations.

There is nothing like arriving at The Singular. Outside you see the rustic brick buildings of a slaughterhouse and processing plant. Inside you see how steam was made, refrigeration first used, and animals processed. You get to stay inside a museum! The views are breathtaking--and this is before you even go on expedition. All bedrooms face the water. The bar area is full of sink-in love seats, a roaring fire and excellent servers. The food is outstanding. The guides are above and beyond the best--and I have travelled the world. It may take forever to get to Patagonia, but once you arrive, you'll wonder what took you so long.

We arrived Puerto Natale from El Calafate. While the taxi approached the front entrance, I was surprised by a somewhat unassuming old barn, then boom, an extraordinary architecturally- stimulating building opened up in our view. In 2023, we stayed in some amazing properties in some amazing locations: Amanjiwo, Belmond in Iguazu, Explora Torrie del Paine, Alila Maldives and etc, but Singular Patagonia definitely has the most unique and cool structures. It’s not an easy task to turn a meat processing plant to such an interesting spot. Pedro Covicic did a marvelous job. The services, spa, room, bar, and restaurant are all top notch. We loved everything. So much so, I changed our accommodation reservation in Santiago from Mandarin Oriental to Singular Santiago. For all of you hotel geeks out there or anyone passing by Puerto Natalie/Torre del Paine, I highly recommend you check the place out.

The best time of the year to visit Patagonia is winter, and even better if it is in this wonderful hotel. On the excursions we were able to see all the animals, including pumas, with snowy landscapes that take your breath away, and no tourists. Then we arrived at the hotel with a warm jacuzzi overlooking the fjord. A trip we will never forget!!

We spent five nights as a family (2 older adults and 3 young adults) at this beautiful hotel. The views of the fjord, which can be seen from every room, are spectacular. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and bathrooms have tubs and showers. The food is extraordinary - meat, fish, vegetarian and they are hyper -aware of all dietary restrictions. We chose the full experience so all meals and activities were included. The guides were excellent, especially Christian and Diego (with whom we went puma tracking - very steep extra charge but we did spend nearly two hours following a mama and her cubs), Gonzalo (tour and short easy hikes in Torres del Paine NP), Pablo (two strenuous hikes - including a 13 mile round trip to the base of the Towers). We also had a cooking class with Fransisco and a bar tending class with Jessica and G-----. The fall is a great time to visit Patagonia - few tourists, leaves are changing, snow is on the mountains and the weather is exhilarating - not freezing but no summer heat!
