But the room access card had always to go to the reception to activate again, even leaving the card away from other cards and mobile, it was a disorder because the hotel is big and the room I stayed was very far from the reception. The room is simple, but the service was pointful according to my need. The floors are confused, because in addition to the accommodation in the village (place as they call rooms near the pool), even as lift never comes into the room without taking a stairs lance, it is like the rooms were in the middle of the floors ( well confused). Morning coffee is good, but don't worry about variation, juices always the same ( artificial), and the northeast offers very good typical fruits. The beach is close to the beach ( there is a pool gate, which leaves even closer). The bed had no top bed, which damages those who have more weight, or problems in the column. Parking paid 20.00 per day if you rent a car, I left my one on the street, because that's quiet there ( I left in a disabled restaurant park on the other side of the street), super quiet, Even because I was in front of the door of a building, but generally in front or behind street is quiet to leave the vehicle.

It is a beautiful hotel!! Full of plants, it is like a park, a beautiful natural reserve! Charm! Ideal to come to rest. It has 4 tickets. A main beautiful with one for children next to you. Then two more distributed in the park. The room is huge. The very large and very practical room. The cleaning of the room could be deeper since there is sand all the time everywhere. No matter how long you try to get it out ...sta x everywhere! Jajajjaa but it makes magic too. The hotel restaurant is open up to 21.30 and really is very good option. It eats very well and at good price. Breakfast has a wide variety of indigenous cakes that change day by day, a very good coffee machine, several options of bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese ... I would add Pao of cheese I love! I will miss this hotel, your people, your employees are all super correct, super friendly, we are very grateful.

The hotel is very well located, has two facilities with excellent swimming pools. Breakfast is well served and everything is fresh. I stayed in the room of the facility in front of the edge, I enjoyed it too, everything clean and comfortable, with a very good view. The only reservation I do is that in the corridors near the lift it smells a strong mopho, and unfortunately it brought me a beautiful sinusitis. I saw other comments talking about it and I imagined it would have been solved, but continues. I will certainly host again, as long as I don't see any comments talking about the mopho, otherwise I will find another hotel. Otherwise, it was all excellent, I recommend too, perhaps my walking the period I was going to have accidentally given that mopho smell.

The staff was perfect. I was well received in the city, the Hotel has some amazing points of view of the city in case you're looking for a good place to take a shoot of the landscape. The hotel is a good place for travel to anywhere. They could get a little more in cleaning and small repairs due to the day-to-day use, but generally it is good, the care is good, with careful staff requesting and fast. Room with a good size bathroom for a couple, not having to be bigger. Good morning coffee, with fruit, juices, coffee (missing, as suggested, a hot chocolate), bread, cakes, eggs, cheese bread, tapioca etc. I'll come back, having an opportunity.

This hotel is marketed as a 5 star hotel, but in reality it isn't, although it is a good hotel. The hotel offers a number of swimming pools that are great for kids, as well as a swim up bar in the main pool. Also several restaurants, so you won't have any issues having some good food. The only real negative is the room. This is the only hotel I have stayed at in my life where I've seen a cockroach. I told the checkout lady about it, and she didn't seem that bothered. The ceiling also leaked whenever the people above took a shower. The building/rooms are just old and not 5 star at all, but the rest of the hotel is really good, so it's not really an issue. The price is about right. Overall I liked the hotel other than the room. If you want a place to chill out for a few days by the pool and eat good food, and you're not picky on hotel rooms, this is a good place.

In 2016 I was on Christmas and stayed in this hotel. I liked it very much and decided to stay again in September 2022. The hotel is not the same. It changed much, perhaps because of a pandemic. The breakfast was served and served as a repeated breakfast, and I stayed in this hotel for 10 days, and the breakfast was the same every day. For example, fruits were served every day (for 10 days) mammon, melon, acacia and melon. All the same fruits. We expect a variety of such hotels. The hotel was a very good place to eat the same thing every day, we eat at home and not at a hotel :) . Before I had the option to ask for food while I was in the hotel pool, now they don't do any more. It has a freezer in the room, but it has nothing. If you want water, you have to get the reception. I think that hotel was better.

Café da manhã não há muita variedade, mas serve bem. Ótima localização! Só peguei Uber para conhecer o shopping Midwal wall de resto consegui fazer tudo a pé, supermercado, restaurante, sorveteria, farmácia, etc. Recomendo o hotel, pois possui áreas abertas para descanso, leitura e diversão com a família. Fui a Natal sozinha e escolhi o Serantes, hotel bem localizado próximo à praia! O atendimento deles é impecável, equipe bem atenciosa e prestativa, todos educados a Sandra estava sempre sorrindo, também tem uma moça que não me lembro o nome mas eu saia cedo pro passeio e voltava a noite ela estava lá muito bacana super simpática e sorridente! Os recepcionistas as meninas do café da manhã são simpáticos, minha experiência foi muito boa com eles ! O quarto estava super limpo, é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos! Limpeza impecável!
