Logo no segundo dia - ficamos cinco dias - o ar condicionado começou a dar problemas na hora de ligar, até parar definitivamente na penúltima noite. Como Natal não é uma cidade de clima frio, sofremos à noite sem ar condicionado. Alugamos um carro e a garagem do hotel - cobrada à parte, 20 reais o dia - não fica aberta, obrigando a solicitar o atendente a abri-la cada vez que desejamos guardar o carro. O café da manhã é sofrível. Poucas opções e mesmo o básico é fraco, não há opções variadas de bolos, tortas, etc. A equipe do hotel, formada por atendentes muito jovens, carece de experiência numa área tão delicada como o turismo. Muitos simplesmente não sabem o que responder e outros se enrolam diante de qualquer dificuldade. Percebe-se a falta de um gestor senior durante o horário de expediente. Resumindo: só voltaria a esse hotel se todos os demais da cidade desaparecessem.

This hotel needs better maintenance. It’s definitely due to a major upgrade, but if the administration would take better care of some minor details, such as cleaning floors better, fixing mirrors and light switches, it would make a big difference. The black out shades do not work and it would be very simple to fix, they just need to lower the blinds to cover the sliding doors completely. The breakfast and dinner are good, the staff is friendly but not very accommodating.

Excellent location, they made upgrade to the black-top hotel, just didn't like the bed much(a little uncomfortable) and have to pay charge for using the parking (I left the vehicle in the street, 20 real per day of parking does not give). In the most excellent service of the staff, I always ask.

Great accommodation, well located and fair price. A quiet man with a beach out, it's the second time I'm going and love it. The only negative points would be the parking rate, I believe that since it does not cover, it should be free for guests, and the restaurant has a high cost and still a garden rate, but it can ask for food by application without charges.
