This is my third time in Natal-RN, and the second time I've stayed at Wish. This is my first time using Trip.com. Although I had an unforeseen issue with my reservation, everything was resolved very quickly. However, I would like to make a note to the Trip.com platform, so they should pay attention to reservations, especially regarding the number of guests in the reservations. In my case, I booked for two adults and one child and paid for it, but due to an error on the platform, they sent a reservation for only two adults. Luckily, I discovered this two days before and moved heaven and earth to have the error corrected. I could only imagine the inconvenience it would have been if I had discovered this at check-in! Anyway, everything went well, I recommend Trip.com and would buy from them again.... Regarding Wish, in my opinion, it is the best beachfront hotel in Natal! Because it is smaller than the others, there is no crowding and the service is top notch! The beach is clean and wonderful! It is next to Ponta Negra and Morro do Bald!

Excellent hotel overall. Great rooms and perfect for those traveling with children. The children's activities team is excellent. The pool bar is average and has the same price as the indoor bar, which is much better. I would definitely come back.
