o flat foi uma maravilha. bem de frente pra o mar de ponta negra e do morro do careca. todo equipado com fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar, tv, ar condicionado, utensílios domésticos, piscina, elevador. assim que reservei pelo booking, o dono me mandou um zap acertando os detalhes, me mandou vídeo do apartamento. recomendo muito !!!

Flat maravilhoso, fiquei no 18 andar com uma vista maravilhosa de praia de Ponta Negra, tudo perto bem localizado, com bares ( matuto) NÃO RECOMENDO, mas esse é outra avaliação. Avaliação nota 10 vai para o Paradise Flat Hotel. Recepção com uma moça super educada,atenciosa. A praia bem pertinho só caminhar, poucos metros, do lado tem uma padaria com café da manhã com preço acessível. Não tenho nada a reclamar sobre a hospedagem. Voltarei e indicarei.

FLat é sensacional, mas existe um problema com a vizinhança. Um mendingo mora numa casa na frente com um cachorro que late sem parar insanamente, e tem outro cachorro numa pizzaria chamada tiberio ( que nunca peço nada por odio ao cachorro) que tb late intensamente alucinadamente sempre que ve movimento na rua, o hotel é sensacional, mas se vc for um medico ou enfermeiro que precisa dormir de dia, ou tem filho autista, o local é insuportável, pior vc acorda cedo sai na rua, tá o mendigo dormindo na calçada da casa da frente e o cachorro latindo insanamente.

Consisderando não ser um hotel ou pousada o Paradise flat se torna equivalente a um hotel ou pousada três estrelas. Uma vez que oferece tudo que os mesmos oferecem. Roupa de cama, lençois e quarto limpo Um bom café da manhã. Próximo orla de Ponta Negra e restaurantes e da feirinha de artesanto. sem falar da bela vista da praia de Ponta Negra e do morro do Careca. O custo benefício vale o investimento. Quando vinher a Natal recomendo antes de comprar sua estadia confira o Paradise Flat.

Apartamento grande com cozinha sala e 2 quartos , roupa de cama simples mas quarto está OK para dormir. Muita boa Localização em Ponta Negra porém o decepcionante foi o Café da Manhã horrível não vale o que se paga .

Adorei! Não tenho absolutamente nenhuma queixa. Tudo correu perfeitamente bem: quartos limpos, café da manhã bacana, equipe super solícita. Pedi que colocassem um microondas no meu quarto e fui prontamente atendida. A única questão é que não é tão pertinho da praia (para voltar, é preciso subir uma grande ladeira). Mas o custo benefício desse flat é excelente. Recomendo.
