We stayed in room 202, on the second floor. The place did not match the photos at all. There was mold on the wall of the air conditioning unit, the curtains were dirty, the shower was quite old and the shower stall was very small.
We came across cockroaches during our stay.
As for breakfast, it was very bad. For 5 days the menu was the same, the food was cold and completely unsalted.

It was clean and the staff polite. It is not quiet with a pool and children yelling all day. If you want a good view of the ocean only stay on the 5th or 6th floor. The 1st through 4th floors are obstructed with power lines and other hotels. The rooms are not dark at night. The halls have sensors that turn on the lights. And the rooms have big windows that are not dark. Every time someone walks by your room lights up at night. I had to cover the windows with a towel. Also they have a light that does not turn off inside. On all day and night. I had to unscrew it. And lastly they do not want you to flush toilet paper. You have to put in trash. Not so good

Experiência muita boa, minha segunda visita ao hotel e a experiência é sempre satisfatória. As acomodações são confortáveis e limpas, camas confortáveis. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático e atencioso. O café da manhã é ótimo e tem boa variedade. O acesso ao hotel é ótimo e tem uma vista incrível da praia de Ponta Negra. Vale a pena.

é um hotel bem bom para o que oferece. supreende a qualidade do sinal wi-fi. em relação a limpeza somente solicitar na recepção para ser realizada diariamente. em relação a estrutura gostei da mini cozinha e também da varanda que fica de frente para as piscinas. Localização é muito boa para deslocamentos seja na ponta negra como em outros lugares de natal.

Base para curtir Natal, certamente. Sua localização é ótima, super central. Só não coloco melhor avaliação pois o quarto onde fiquei mal era tão legal, não tinha sabonete bem shampoo. Café da manhã é razoável, nada excelente mas, num local aconchegante e bonito. Recomendo.
