Hotel with a very old structure, moldy walls and saltpeter. Lack of towels at various times, cheap in the room. The hotel staff still tried to help, we stayed in a slightly better room, but we still had several problems.
Positive points: pool and location. Breakfast ok. Some of the staff were very helpful, the night crowd not so much.

Não tive uma boa recepção, onde desde a chegada o chuveiro quente não funcionava, fiz várias solicitações e não foi feito conserto.
Telefone do quarto não funcionava.
Café da manhã a desejar.
Apareceu uma lagartixa no banheiro, quando foi passado para a recepção, ficou se deboche.
A gerente sempre ausente.

O hotel é bom, tem uma estrutura legal, várias opções de lazer, café da manhã bom também.
Só o que não gostei foi o isolamento acústico, tiveram festas em locais próximos na minha estadia e dava para ouvir tudo do quarto, foi horrível conseguir dormir.
A academia também precisa de manutenção, quase tudo quebrado.
