"For the guests who are open to the soup, there are not many people, the indoor and outdoor are great
Arrived very late, a very kind old lady personally picked up the parking lot and helped with heavy luggage. Take us to visit the baths and rooms
The waiters during the day were also very enthusiastic and recommended attractions that we could sightseeing nearby. Because of the off-season, the attractions of the plateau are not regularly rested. Zuih went to a very close ranch, and the store personally sent us to the attractions. Too thoughtful"
"Hotel location is very convenient, a few minutes away from the station, next to McDonald's is very convenient to eat. The hot spring is also very large, very clean, the breakfast is very delicious, the bread is super delicious.
Have the opportunity to live"
"The exterior and interior are beautiful and the customer service attitude is very good.
The snacks were delicious. There were many kinds.
I want to go again."
"Wonderful new guesthouse. Bring your own towel or buy one for 200 yen. Very few rooms so onsen isn't crowded. We cooked in their kitchen every night - they have free oil/spices/sauces leftover from previous guests. There is a fishing / bbq activity business behind the hotel you should check out. The only negatives are the beds are a bit hard. Ask for an extra cushion if the pull out futon is too hard on the twin beds. You can get blankets from b1 floor if you're cold at night. The hotel is run by a 40s guy trying to revitalize the area."

"For those who hate insects 々, I wonder if you feel ... But here in the mountains ... Think so 😊 Quiet and move without slippers, this is my favorite. There is a place like a little uphill to go to the back room, but if you think it's a little training at the spa, you don't mind. It may be difficult for older people 々, but it's okay to walk slowly using the railing. Hot water is good."

"This time, I used it with my family.
The staff are very friendly and the family members are very satisfied with the response.
Perhaps because of the location, the bugs are obvious, even in the open-air bath I am worried.
In addition, I think the air conditioner in the room is a bit weak.
All meals are in private rooms, so I feel relieved at this time!
Especially the breakfast is delicious 🍚"
YYishengyanPure Japanese private soup, take off your shoes when you enter the hotel. It feels good to be accompanied by the valley stream. It is a special reminder to provide breakfast and dinner (standard Japanese traditional standard) Chinese food. It is 30 to 40 minutes drive from the train station. As for the dinner, the food can not be too high.
GGuest UserI have traveled many times in Japan. The first time I recommended it to Naxu Yanyuan by a Japanese friend, I lived in Guxu Hot Spring Town. It was really great from the scenery to the food.
The hotel is very Showa style, the area of the private soup room is huge in Japan, the service staff is also very kind and thoughtful, the important thing is that the first natural cave hot spring in Japan, the water quality is very special, the rocks are shining with copper green luster, I feel that I will absorb healthy trace elements after a while. The exhaustion of the day was swept away.
Strangely, such a beautiful place almost - there are Japanese people traveling, probably too little publicity overseas. The refreshing air, the high-oxygen forests, lots of fun hiking/bike routes and pastures, and the delicious local ingredients and a variety of stylish or traditional restaurants, no wonder the emperor always likes to spend summer and autumn there, it is a great place.
GGuest UserThis was my first time for staying in ryokan. This ryokan has such a delight, warming services and very nice hotel staffs. Although I can not speak japanese, the language did not bring me any problems because we could use google translate and some of the innkeeper can speak English. I felt like I stay in my home and very enjoyed interacting with both hotel staffs and shiobara people. Besides, foods there were so delicious.
- traditional japanese food: they wrote a welcome note and descriptions of food in paper (in japanese) eg. Fish came from river beside hotel, everything was from local which I really really love it.
- local venison(deer meat): must try yakiniku
If you wanna avoid chaotic environment in the city, I would reccommend this place because you would feel a part of nature (natural sound is so nice) and you can find a true calm of your soul.
We were very surprised because we were only foreigner tourist in the hotel.
Thank you innkeeper and staff for caring us. We always miss there when we come back to busy city!
EEgg yolkA good hotel of hospitality and good service. The receptionist managed to communicate with guests with a little English and cared to guide guests how to park the car properly even it was raining outside.
The breakfast in Japanese style was great, though they may urge to have it in time. The room is tidily kept with a neat balcony of tranquil street view and the tatami beds are comfortable. Onsen bath is amazing, but there is no locker for keeping your room key and personal clothing, creating a possible secuirty and hygiene concern.
WwenluChoose a package for one berth and two meals, the price is favorable, the hotel has a lounge, free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, dinner and breakfast are served in buffet form, dinner is also available with all kinds of alcoholic drinks, very positive!!
GGuest UserI definitely want to go again!
Even though we had children, we were able to relax and the staff were very kind. This time, we only had breakfast, but it was delicious!
JJheyskiVery near from the Ski resort where we visit.(hunter mountain) Great place. Good staff accommodation. Huge and Clean room and beautiful surroundings. Nice view from our room. Relaxing air bath spring Bath. Hope to visit again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.
