You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Overall, my stay at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Pico restaurant the service was just horrible. They served spoiled coleslaw, we waited too long for everything, starting from ordering til getting our bill. We ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. They are understaffed and the waiters we're not properly trained. Scrambled eggs in the buffet smells like wet rug. If you order medium rare tenderloin they will give you well done. We tried to complain but the manager was just hard to talk to and they were not sincere to fix the problem or even make up for their mistakes.

They give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place

Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable.

The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views.
