You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. They give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place

Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COCKROACHES CRAWLING ON YOU ALL NIGHT. We booked this thru AGODA/*********** and had to fight to get a refund. We paid for 5 nights but had to leave and find another hotel at a huge cost at midnight of March 16th, 2023. We sent the photos you see here along with a lengthy video of the live and dead COCKROACHES we killed and finally got a full refund thanks to Nikka who got this resolved.
