The staff who checked us in was the worst. They spoke very politely, but their explanations were very difficult to understand. Also, when we left the building and were shown around the facility, they silently snatched the map my sister had several times and explained things to me while showing me the map, which surprised me. It's not a hotelier thing, but it's unthinkable as a person. This time, we booked three rooms: my parents, my family, and my sister's family. First, they showed my parents' room, and then we were told to ”cross that bridge,” so we started walking ahead, and behind me, I heard a voice explaining to my sister's family, ”Now, I'll show you where the lounge is.” What, my parents and we can't use the lounge? I thought, so I turned back and asked, ”No, everyone can use the lounge!”... If that's the case, shouldn't they explain it to everyone, including my parents? In the end, only my parents were there when they were explaining where the lounge was, but they repeatedly said, ”This is for use by people up to 12 years old!” I think that's why they do it, because both my family and my sister's family have small children, but I felt very uncomfortable when they repeatedly emphasized something that should have been clear once. The other staff were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals and activities, but the first woman's nonsensical service bothered us, and the trip left us all feeling unsatisfied.

From 20 years ago to 3 years, I went with my parents and our family (sometimes my sister's family) every year. I loved it, so I was happy to choose it as a return gift for hometown tax. After that, I knew that once the business was closed and the owner changed and resumed. I was a little surprised to see HP .... There are dinosaur replicas everywhere. My son who liked the big dinosaur was 32 years old. I went after thinking that I would have been happy at that time. The beautiful forest around the building is still there, but the dinosaur is a little buzzing and buzzing. . The elderly man who explained the room and meal at the front desk seems to be unmotivated and read the stick, and the voice is small and I don't know well. . The room is old. . In addition, the bath ...... The window was not open and the garbage was stuck in the garbage bin, and it entered 3 degrees, but there was no sign that anyone came to check or clean, all the windows were closed, and the ventilation was zero. The locker was rusty, the keys were ragged, and as far as I knew, there was no disinfectant. I could only assume that everything was done on the assumption that no one was the owner of the corona virus.Because dinosaurs were sold, most of the families with small children were. Young people and children are mild or asymptomatic even if they are taken. The meal is also below. Is dinner because I chose the last time zone, the appetizer soy milk Yuba smelled of tun and refrigerator, and the 1 cm square duck meat was dry. The paper pot shabu shabu, small solid fuel 1 pieces, will disappear in a flash, somehow all disappointed. The return gift was a pair of tickets, so I added one person to it. When I made a reservation, I thought it was 〜 because I explained that ”even if I only make one person a Go-To travel object, there are few merits because other 2 people use return gift tickets”. . It was just a trouble? The more I wanted to think, the more I became unsatisfactory. I can't recommend it except for families with small children.

The number of rooms in the hotel is only 15, which is small, but it is a wonderful inn that is attentive to each and every customer. The cat 🐱 who greets us is also cute 🐈️ My elderly mother prepared a room with an open-air bath, but at that time, I received polite advice regarding room questions and meal consultations. On the day, the room was also upgraded. The open-air bath attached to the room was spacious and comfortable. I had my meal at the restaurant. The course meal of ”domestic Japanese beef and creative kaiseki” was also full of volume and good. In addition to the spacious indoor bath ”Large Public Bath”, there is also a jacuzzi, a half-body bath, and a mist sauna in the open-air bath with free-flowing hot springs. ”Gender shift system by time” This is an inn that I would like to take care of next time.

I went to Nasu for the first time in the morning when I had no morning bath because I couldn't say how sulfur springs were healed. I noticed the goodness of natural hot springs. The food was delicious. The view from the veranda of the room was good. I think it was better if the weather was good. The door of the room was thin and the sound of the corridor was good, but it was not possible.

•Area where we stayed: Dog-friendly room with hot springs, cottage on the 1st floor, 2 minutes walk from reception and public bath •Room: Very clean. Air conditioning and heating in each room. The fireplace is in the living room. There was a regular bath and a hot spring separately. It smells like sulfur and seems to work. You can also reheat the hot springs. Hot springs that you can soak in without worrying about time are the best. The large communal bath and room hot spring are said to have different hot spring qualities. There are two rooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a microwave oven, tea powder, ground coffee, coffee cups, glasses, and a refrigerator with a freezer next to it. No detergent, knives, etc. Dog water bowl, food bowl, toilet seat, and paw wipes are provided. •Dog run is spacious. There is also a section for small dogs, so small dogs can play without worrying. There is a foot washing area. The day after it rained, I thought it might be muddy, but when I went there, I found grass growing and it wasn't really that wet. •Dinner @ room Sukiyaki served in the room You can also choose shabu-shabu. The meat was marbled and delicious. The sukiyaki had burdock as an ingredient, which was interesting. I'm a little disappointed that the green onions are small. And the Koshihikari rice and rice were so delicious every time. It came with fruit. •Dinner @BBQ area - Dogs allowed, buffet style. The meat was delicious and had a variety of cuts. It's a shame that there aren't many types of vegetables. Ramen is delicious. Takoyaki is delicate. Corn is delicious. I didn't eat dessert, but there were a lot of them. You can also order alcohol for a fee and it will be delivered to your seat. Soft drinks are included in the meal price, so they are free. Just like free drinks at family restaurants, you can self-serve using a machine. There was an all-you-can-drink option for an additional fee.・Breakfast: Dogs are allowed on the terrace. Comes with lead hook. There is fleece for terrace seating. It was windy and cold so I was saved. We had breakfast for two days, but some of the menu items had changed. Buffet style. I made a reservation at check-in.Since I checked in late, I had breakfast at 9:30 on the first day. If you would like to arrive early, it may be a good idea to let us know your breakfast time. Some people put it in a paper bag like a lunch box. Everything was delicious, including the rice. There was also bamboo shoot rice. It was raining at breakfast on the first day, but it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to take our dog out on the covered terrace.・Large public bath Two baths, an indoor bath and an open-air bath. 6:00 am to 10:00 am. I think it was 13:00 to 23:00. The open-air bath was better at The Onsen. The room hot springs are transparent, but the public bath hot springs are not, so you cannot see inside the bath, so be careful when entering.

GGuest UserPrivate open-air bath, room view bath, and large communal bath. The view of the open-air and observation bath was the best with a panoramic view of Nasu's nature. The large communal bath is hot, but the hot water is the best. The meal comes out so much that it cannot be eaten at night, and it is only delicious, so even if it is painful, it wants to eat. However, I did my best until I couldn't eat a lot of healthy dishes anymore. Breakfast is also a luxurious breakfast in Japan. Everything was the best. It is an inn that can only stay 9 pairs a day, but the room is clean and the hospitality is the best, and there is nothing to say.

GGuest UserTravel with dogs. This year, this is the 5th case, and the first Japanese-style room type. Did you relax while experiencing dogs for the first time and even in Japanese-style rooms? It seems. Every time, the dog was limited to a hotel where the meal came out together at the restaurant, but this time, it was an answering machine in the room. In order to watch the situation, I set up a time difference with my family and arrived at the table, but the staff provided me with the detailed consideration of 々 (autumn creative Japanese food). We were happy to respond to the menu change from meat to fish. (At a hotel 〈 Karuizawa Mikage Irrigation Hotel 〉, a fee of 2,000 yen was required to change the same content. By the way, there was no charge at other hotels.) Pet supplies are It was only equipped with sheets, rolls, special trash cans, etc. There was a bucket set for foot washing at the entrance of the room, but there was no towel. I want you to be a little more enriched. It was a Japanese-style room, but the windows were large and the forest outside was like a borrowed view, and when it was lit up, it was fantastic and healed. The restaurant has a calm and relaxed layout, overlooking the forest of Nasu from the window. I can't use the well-maintained dog run after the rain, so I'm sorry, so I'm looking forward to the next time Pick up from the parking lot at arrival to the entrance, support at check-in, guidance to the room, I felt comfortable. When I left, I was sent off to the entrance, and it was a hotel that was particularly satisfactory in terms of software. I felt comfortable on the hard side. It became a candidate hotel for the next trip with a dog.

こぶたTraveling with a dog♡ It was a contactless check-in. First, a check-in guide was sent to us at 10am the day before our stay, and we unlocked the door using the password. After entering the room, we spoke to the operator using a tablet. (It was a video call!) See the photo for the tablet. By the way, the email sent to us at 10am the day before had a URL, so we entered our guest information in advance, which made the day very easy. Foreigners (with companions) were required to upload their passport information and photos. -------- This room type is a [Pet-friendly] villa. You need to think carefully about the room type! This room had a sauna (see photo). Available 24 hours a day. It's too small for two people, so I think it's basically for one person. And there's a dog run too. However, since it's on top of a mountain, there was frost, the weather was changeable, and it rained lightly, so my dog, who hates water and is indoors, hardly used the dog run... What a waste... I think it's good for dogs who love the outdoors. --- It was really nice that the place was well equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, pet supplies, and so on! I felt like staying there for about a week. *As stated on the official website, there were no pajamas provided, so you must bring your own.

GGuest UserI decided to go to a hot spring in Nasu with my 93-year-old mother, and out of several options, I chose Sanraku because I had stayed there before and my mother was familiar with it. The room was on the 4th floor with a great view overlooking the Nasu Highlands, just like last time. The open-air bath was the largest of any hot spring I've ever stayed at, and it was surrounded by trees, and there were no other guests, so I was able to relax. The food was delicious, including bowls, sashimi, fried foods, Tochigi beef, and corn rice. My elderly mother also left out some fried food and Tochigi beef, but she ate the rest. All of the staff members who dealt with us were very nice. In particular, the young female staff member who was in charge of dinner was very helpful and made the meal enjoyable. If you use a wheelchair, there are a few stairs in some places, which can be a problem, and the facilities feel old, but I would stay again to enjoy the view from the room, the open-air bath, and the food. .

NNavigator20910502566I stayed in the safari room twice before renewing, and both children and adults were very satisfied, so I stayed in the safari room again this time. Many people were worried that it would be a shame if it was renewed by word of mouth ... but that anxiety is right. I'm sorry for the good points, but there are only a few. The lobby lounge was delicious with free sweets, juices, wine, etc. The safari room has not changed and the children were delighted! !! I was happy to have a picture book and animal stuffed toy in the elevator hall. Bad point The children's play space in the lobby is really for small children ... (My child is in the first grade of elementary school, so I enjoyed it at the last minute) It says that even preschoolers are in the first place, so don't play. It may be, but I was wondering what it was. I wanted to drink it because there is draft beer in the lobby lounge ... beer barrel? I was struggling to exchange it ... I wonder if I've done it many times, so it's smooth Let's make it possible. I waited for a long time and finally got a draft beer. The lighting in the hotel was dark overall (the atmosphere was good to say well), and the dust flying in the air was amazing. English notation is the main and then Japanese. I think it was for foreigners. The best thing I want you to improve is the dinner buffet. Was the food for children corn soup, Napolitan and potatoes? I forgot, but that's all ... There were several types of weaning food. Adult dishes didn't taste good, probably because they were multinational. Depending on the age of your child, there may be almost nothing that your child can eat. Fried chicken is also spicy, so it's not very good, but children can't. My child is allergic to nuts, but I had no choice but to give butter chicken curry because I had nothing to eat. I wonder if it's okay because it's sweet. This may be said to be bad for parents, but it seems that cashew nuts were used for butter chicken curry, and it became anaphylaxis. The child was coughing like vomiting during the meal, so I hurried back to the room, called the front desk and asked if butter chicken curry had nuts, and when I looked it up, it turned into a call back. At the turn of the last time ... I was told that I didn't understand because there are only 7 allergy displays ... Is it life-threatening? I'm a little angry, and when I tell him to look at the package, I'll turn it back again. Next time I called from a restaurant person and it turned out that cashew nuts were finally included. I have only 7 items to display, and I ate them at the discretion of my parents, so I checked out and came back without saying anything, but if I'm holding a child welcome, Please increase the number of meals for children. At least I want you to prepare curry and fried chicken that is not spicy for children. By the way, curry for children came out for breakfast. Even if you do not display 21 allergic items, you should be able to answer immediately. If you want to make it look like a multinational dish, you don't know what's in it, so it might be better to display 21 items to ensure the safety of the hotel. This time I came back without any problems, but when I think that my child might have died when I was sick, I feel horrified and don't want to go again. I pray that other children will not meet the same eye.

GGuest UserI used it for 2 nights and 3 days with my family. The moment I entered the room, I saw several holes in the curtains. I wish I could change the lace curtain, even though it was an old hotel. I felt sorry. When I returned to the room where the cleaning was finished for the second night, there was mineral water and sweets that were not on the day of check-in. It seems that I forgot to put it in on the first day ... The facility is old and there are holes in the curtains, and I forgot to put the equipment in, but the breakfast venue was yukata and slippers NG (I know it's NG if it's a luxury hotel). It is an impression that it was a hotel with a strange balance from the room rate and the age of the room. Also, it was inconvenient to connect the room key to 1. If you go to the public bath with men and women, you have to consult which one to go back first, and if you have it, you will take a bath while worrying about time, so I want 2. It was a pity.

Iichijo_yukiTo a place where cellphones don't work, get away from reality and talk silly with old friends in a frigid open-air bath 400 meters from the inn, at the parking lot of the observatory, with one antenna Watch your step as you descend to find an old-fashioned hot spring inn. Depending on how you look at it, you'll find a mountain hut and a large open-air bath called a famous pool below. It's an irresistible atmosphere for those who like this atmosphere. There are many baths that can be used 24 hours a day. Ainoyu is a hot spring for men and women that is perfect for rewarming after getting out of the pool. If you go outside from Tengu no Yu, you will find cascading baths and family baths. The food is served on top of a mountain, so don't expect too much, but the large tatami room in the hall with the hearth is elegant. There are oils and seasonings left by the guests, so you can cook a small late-night snack.A day trip to the hot springs is fine, but I definitely want you to stay overnight and enjoy the ryokan at night. It freezes lol Hot spring water dripping on the floor of the dressing room freezes and slips lol I experience such an extraordinary experience and go to refresh every year
