Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

The environment is beautiful, the resort has a wide choice of restaurants, and there are many things to play. The pools and beach are perfect. But it also has the common problem of high-end hotels, that is, most of the restaurants are not delicious and expensive.

Downtown Nassau
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Nassau, especially the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is quite authentic! Although the hotel is not big, it is quite good to sit on the exclusive beach and watch a large cruise ship enter and leave Hong Kong. Absolute C position!

Overall our Atlantis experience was unforgettable and one we will cherish. We traveled with our two children, ages 8 & 11. We loved the water park, beaches, snorkeling, and aquariums throughout the property. You are definitely paying for the location and amenities; where else can you have lunch next to a massive aquarium?! We suspect staff are underpaid and do not feel valued based on their attitudes. The local minimum wage is $260 per week, with a high cost of living. While we did not enjoy that part of the trip or the additional 25% you pay on top of EVERYTHING (so Atlantis can pay them $6/hr), we do not hold this against the employees and think Atlantis needs to improve how they treat their staff.

Paradise Island
The hotel room was ok, although it was close to the beach but the room did not feel very humid. The facilities in the room are old and the hair dryer in our room is a bit sticky. Breakfast options are relatively small. There are meats, eggs, bread, coffee, water, fruits, milk and oatmeal, which are almost the same. Five minutes walk from Atlantis Hotel, really close. With the room card and pink card given by the hotel, you can enter the water park of Atlantis. Still very convenient. From Nassau's airport, take a taxi to this hotel for about 45 dollars, 30 minutes. Personally, I do n’t think it ’s necessary to rent a car on Paradise Island.
