We have stayed at countless hotels and this by far has been one of the best experiences from the minute we walked in! Priscilla at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. It’s very rare that you find stuff as friendly as the one we had the pleasure of dealing with on our trip. The entire hotel is very clean and very nice. I can honestly say even though it is near the airport I did not once hear any planes going over while we were in our room. The breakfast staff was also very friendly as well. We will definitely stay there again if we go that way

Great service. Good location and easy walking distance to most places around the city. Staff and location made the trip easy and accommodating for my conference. Staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Jordan with the valet for making it easy to store and reclaim my luggage.

I stayed here for two nights while my wife was patient at Vanderbilt Hospital. I chose it because it was not far and reasonably priced. While the hotel is in an older (1921) building, the inside would lend itself to being a modern building. The room are spacious and appliances are new and such. I have one complaint and one gripe. My complaint is that there are no safes in the room. The front desk did not advise if there was an alternative. My gripe is we asked the valet to have the vehicle up top as we had to depart for the hospital at 0500. This was not done. Most likely the valet forgot, but we brought it up with both front desk and valet. This was a minor hiccup. It will not deter me from staying here again. On another note, the traffic noise is minimal and easy to fall asleep despite its location.

We had a great time at our stay. The hotel was in a great place to walk to a lot of nice parks and places for kids! The Library Restaurant in the lobby was great. Will and Jevon were very helpful at getting our car quickly everyday and helpful getting it packed up!

A wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main *****s. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.

Stayed at the Loews Vanderbilt for a weekend to go to the Titans / Raiders game. While this hotel is out by Vanderbilt (about a mile and a half from downtown), you can get to downtown easy enough by UBER, or an electric scooter (if that is your thing). Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Good bar with good food. I recommend this hotel especially if, after a night downtown, you want a quiet hotel to relax in and recharge for the next night out.
