Very surprised at level of service even for a Titanium member. Called and spoke to front desk the day before to request early check-in due to business meetings. Informed that request was made. At check-in informed no request was noted. Was informed I could try and find a place in extremely busy and noisy hotel to take video meetings. Overall check-in and check-out procedures disorganized and was informed different information from different people at front desk. Seemed hotel was very disorganized and overwhelmed. At other Marriott, especially JW Marriott properties staff goes above and beyond to make sure Titanium members are receiving a very high level of service. At the JW Marriott your status did not matter, service was disorganized, overwhelmed and could not figure out how to serve their high level members. Very disappointed in the property. Would not recommend for others to stay especially over a weekend. Room for a JW Marriott was horrible!! Furniture was damaged, carpeting was dirty and sticky and walls dirty. Definitely a party room. This had to be one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Provided feedback to front desk and was told ”nothing they could do as the hotel was busy and there was nothing they could do even for Titanium members”; ”also you are in Nashville where all rooms have wear and tear as this is a party city”! Could not believe it; a JW Marriott property telling customers that customers should expect damaged rooms in Nashville since Nashville is a party city! Can't believe a JW Marriott likes that reputation. Sat in bar area for evening drinks each night and every night had to ask at least 4 times for a glass of water! Lastly, the Bourbon and Steak restaurant has amazing views and fantastic food however the service was HORRIBLE. All servers we had were rude, condescending and had an attitude that we were bothering them. We had a party of six and my wife and I had a very late lunch that day. We met our party and we both ordered salads as we were not hungry for a large dinner at 5pm (only time we could get into restaurant which was OK). Waitstaff rolled their eyes when we placed our order and were very condescending toward us for my wife and I not having a large meal. At one point we were asked several times ”are you sure you do not want to order something else?” This was after multiple times explaining we had a very late lunch and could not eat a large dinner. Service ruined a beautiful restaurant.

I attended an event where I use this valet. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I greatly appreciate everyone that was there and present at the event. I have no complaints overall at a very happy with the service. Noah and everyone else that I met at the event was excellent overall. Would certainly recommend.

We had a great time at our stay. The hotel was in a great place to walk to a lot of nice parks and places for kids! The Library Restaurant in the lobby was great. Will and Jevon were very helpful at getting our car quickly everyday and helpful getting it packed up!

We’ve been to Nashville several times. We’ve now made it an annual tradition to come each October. Though, we do come several times a year, October is always a must as the weather is great. We love the location of The Bobby hotel. It’s near Broadway, without the craziness. It’s classy and gorgeous. Plus, Rachel was the absolute best bartender. We enjoyed our stay and the incredible aesthetics of the hotel. Such a fab trip!

My wife and I stayed for two nights in January. Very attentive and helpful staff! Front desk very friendly - Angel. Valet parking was appreciated. Great location. We enjoyed the short walk to Broadway and Nashville attractions. Our room was as described. Newly renovated king room. No issues. Renovations ongoing in parts of the building. Was not a problem. Exterior access to our room, so a little chilly in January.... Fitness room was located in a separate building on site, adjacent to the parking area. Need a different access card for entry. Very clean and roomy space with newer equipment and weights. Breakfast area was the bar area at night. Lots of room. During this current pandemic, all guests fill out an order form for breakfast and submit either by phone of directly to front desk staff. Order completed very quickly and delivered to the breakfast area in a takeout container. Very efficient and clean operation. Breakfast portions were very adequate and delicious. Overall a great experience! Would stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights and were quite happy with our stay. Nashville has become an insanely priced hotel town, but we got at least as somewhat livable rate here. We were four persons staying and had a 1 bedroom suite. The suite is spacious enough and the sofabed one of the better ones we have had (but not by any means close to a bed), but there were two drawbacks (if staying more then 2 persons). The first is that the fridge is insanely noisy, so sleeping in the living room wasn't very ideal. The other that the bathroom is in the back of the bedroom, meaning we had to go through there to get to the toilet (not optimal if i.e people are coming back from a night out on different times). Full kitchen in the room is nice (except for the noisiest fridge I've experienced). All in all though, the hotel is very nice. It's modern, service is good and breakfast is your typical US one. It's located a short walk from many attractions like Broadway and Ryman and was easy to get to by car. Parking is by valet at $40 + tax. Steep price, but competitive to others in the area. Would consider coming back when we (hopefully) return to Nashville.

Nice hotel, but the parking lot is very expensive, more than 50 dollars a night!
