Loved the lobby cafe with beverage options and pastries service, good breakfast service and a comfortable room. Will have to go back to enjoy the pool as it was a rainy weekend and I feel that it will be a highlight the next time around. The gym was good.

The facilities, food, rooms, pool, amenities are all the excellence one expects from a W hotel. Top notch. The three reasons I’d give an extra star if I could are the location, the value, and the staff. It’s an EASY walk to Broadway, Printer’s Alley, and a longer but doable walk to Vanderbilt. The Gulch is right next door. The food is extremely good, and the brunch was fantastic and only $35 per person!! The pool was very casual and fun, and Steve and Celia were very nice and accommodating. Huge thanks to you both and we’ll see you again soon! Anchor Down

Derion Haynes made the start of our trip amazing. His easy manners and friendly assistance made checking in a pleasure since we had some unforeseen issues with our room. (Door battery was out and keys wouldn't work, but he found someone to fix the problem immediately). While the ambiance of the hotel is amazing. Do not expect a view of anything interesting. You pretty much get a view of a parking lot or a parking lot and some train tracks and the tops of some buildings. But I would not call any of these sites a view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom situation is very unique.

The hotel was great! Always clean and super friendly. Derion Haynes went out of his way to ensure that our luggage was safe stored while we went out on the town for some shopping. Our housekeeping personnel were quick and so kind. She organized our bathroom sink carefully and left our room spotless for us.

Was a great experience we stayed 3 weeks and a big thanks to Derion Haynes who went out of his way to help us. The facilities are excellent. Great gym and swimming pool and really enjoyed the live music. It was a long stay and we had a choice to Airbnb or hotel it , glad we chose the W Nashville . We’ll definitely come back again.

Derion Haynes met me at the curb immediately and helped me sort and load my bags and souvenirs. He stood by as I waited to check in to the hotel and guided me all the way to my room and unloaded everything for me - all without me asking! Very professional and friendly experience. A great introduction to Nashville. Thank you.

Woken by Yoga class blasting microphone in adjacent courtyard. At 8:00 on Saturday we were woken by the TREMBLE Pilates studio of Nashville blasting music and microphones to conduct their classes. The hotel was unwilling to address it and people in the hotel elevators were talking about it. Tremble people were unwilling to turn down their mics. We were in the 15th floor and it woke us up and couldn’t get back to sleep.

I'm the Asst LP Mgr at the Ren hotel of Dallas in Plano at Legacy West, here on my honeymoon. While the hotel and our room was very nice, there were fixable hiccups that I would like to make you aware of. Three days after reporting our Keurig didn't work, it was never replaced, and Style cleaned our room but didn't remove our glasses that we'd brought up from the bar. The gentleman that checked us in, whose name I didn't catch, was not very enthusiastic and almost seemed bothered when asked about local places to check out. Special shout out to Autumn and Derion for outstanding service! They truly made a difference in our stay and would be the primary reasons that we would come back. They are the type of talent that I would love to bring back to my hotel. 5 stars to both of them!

I want to take this opportunity to compliment the quality of service from the bellman at the W. Design Haynes greets everyone with a smile. His exuberance can light up a room. They are lucky to have him. He is a joy and we have enjoyed every encounter.
