We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but what we did get to use was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and we had a spacious room. My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small, but it was clean and that’s really what matters!

The staff was amazing. I want to start there but the fact this hotel is open during a major renovation is trash. There was sinks and toilets around the building, and in our first room we had a friggin sink in the middle of the bed. We were told no discounters, to either deal with it or leave. But the staff was fn amazing and the only reason I don’t sue.

I was at the hotel with a group in mid-April. The hotel appeared to be in the late stages of a renovation, so there was dust in a lot of common areas. But enough of the renovation was done so that the hotel felt refreshed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for hotels at this price point. (Above average, but I've had better.) The staff at check-in was friendly. The only concern was noise level. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and there was nothing to shield the noise. There are elevated train tracks on the other side of the building. So, if you are a light sleeper, there will be some disruption during the night. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area.

The EV car charger cables were cut! That was the main reason I booked this property and was surprised to find them cut off and could not be used. The property was also under construction/remodeling but the dust caused my family to have allergies. The rooms were large but had some loose hairs, excessive dust and lack of towels. The breakfast was ok.

The hotel was under extreme remodeling. I say extreme because if I had brought kids or my grandma it would have been unsafe for them to walk around. There were a dozen construction guys with electrical wire and tools everywhere. They should have been closed all week. Also the shower towels were big enough for a small child, or if you're an adult you could use it to dry off one leg at a time. Plus it's 30 feet away from a freight train line. So, yes the windows block some sound but we woke up from it. On the positive side the front desk girl was very nice and the room was clean. No I wouldn't go back.

Even though this property was renovating they never disturbed our stay at all. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating! The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy!

If we were told that they were doing a major remodeling, I would not had stay there. My allergies were really bad with all the dust in the whole first floor. The pool was closed for two days if not three. For breakfast employees were bickering at each other over who was the one responsible for ordering the missing items, very unprofessional. This was not the experience; I was hoping to have in these hotels.
