The location is in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are relatively new and modern. The service attitude is also very good, both at the front desk and the doorman.
At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi.

It was amazing. Had a slight bump with a late night entrance and elevators being blocked off. Priyana was amazing and took care of us!!! She made the last night extra special! I will definitely be coming back because of her!! My bachelor and bachelorette was amazing! The food was so amazing don’t forget to try the restaurant and also the cafe had great lattes!

From Rob at the valet to the gnocchi cooking class at Yolan and Chef Selim - the visit was perfection! The Nashville fireworks with symphony for the Fourth of July was also amazing - complete with Star Wars drone show! Could not have asked for a better staycation!

Omg soo much fun! A great girls trip and a very fun and safe place. The Joseph hotel was extremely gorgeous and luxury with a pool dj on fri and sat, delicious and creative cuisine. The rooms are big, new and expensive looking. Best restaurants, great clean airport and live music everywhere on Broadway.

This place is special! Great service! Everyone is friendly, including housekeeping. We used the valet and Rob was so helpful and gave us great recommendations and tips. We had breakfast three days in a row because it was delicious! Loved our stay. We will definitely be back!

Back in Nash for business and had the pleasure of staying at this luxury property. Where do I begin first the rooms are well appointed, spacious and I love the way they incorporated a desk area to make it easy to work. I absolutely loved the bathroom toiletries everything felt luxurious and high quality. The location is 5 star very close to the convention center and Broadway which was awesome to combine work with a little bit of pleasure. Even though it was just a quick business trip it left an impression and I’ll definitely will be staying here again next time in town.

What a beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, well appointed, lovely decor and super soft towels. Liked them so much I bought them. The restaurants were terrific, the burger at the rooftop bar is a gem. And the gym was nicely equipped and super clean, loved every minute

Absolutely fabulous!!! The Joseph has an amazing Team always smiling, helpful, courteous and willing to help. Accommodations are amazing and live up to the name "Luxury". Roof top pool and bar are worth the visit and the restaurant "Yolan" is simply amazing. Overall fantastic experience at an incredible hotel only 2 blocks from Broadway. Will definitely be back!!

The service here was impeccable. From the front desk to housekeeping and the food and beverage staff, everything was wonderful with great attention to detail. We received immediate responses to every question with most things being done before we even asked. As a bonus, this is the perfect location only 2 blocks from Broadway.
