The location is in the city center, the bed is very comfortable, and the facilities are relatively new and modern. The service attitude is also very good, both at the front desk and the doorman.
At this price (more than 4,000 RMB per night), there are no slippers (perhaps due to cultural differences), but there is an extra charge for WiFi.
Overall, it's good, after all, you paid a lot of money.

Every staff member is very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very clean. When they advertise as a “Luxury” hotel, that’s definitely what is being given. Would stay here again.

The Joseph is an amazing hotel and I’ll definitely be staying again. The restaurant was excellent and the spa was incredible. It also has a really great gym, with an amazing view of the city while you’re working out.

This hotel was nice. It was updated, clean, trendy, had good furnishings/comfortable bed, and large rooms. The pool was nice, but was not heated to 91 degrees as they said it was, it would be nice if they added a hot tub.
Our main complaint was that it took forever to get food service. We ordered room service and waited almost 2 hours for the food to arrive. We also tried to go to the coffee bar and waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee and pastry, I believe they were understaffed. All in all, it's a really nice hotel.

General arrogant attitude from bartenders in the FourWalls Bar, room trash cans were not collected by cleaning staff.
For the rates paid for my stay, very unimpressed.
