Great customer service. Pay to park so your vehicle is secure. Was clean and not too far of a walk from Broadway.

Great location! Easy access to Broadway street and the interstate. Room was clean and very quiet. Great staff and friendly!

We loved the staff. Very pleasant and helpful. It would be great to have an onsite lunch option. I do enjoy coming back to my hotel room to a clean made bed and things restocked. Not having that every day was somewhat of a disappointment. WE did go ask for fresh towels. We also ran out of toilet paper and needed that take care of as well. I know with smokers (I am one) it would be nice if the cigarette disposals could be in proper condition and having the area cleaned up at least 3 times a day would be beneficial to the apparencies of the entrance. Trash as well in the parking lot.

Our family had an awesome time in the large king suite apt for our daughters bday celebration 🎉 and the hotel served our desired space well. The apt itself was awesome! Walls of windows and so very spacious. Clean & fresh feeling. Well worth the money spent for the weekend. Only issues were the downstairs restaurant has very average bar food & not quick service! And our 3 TV’s had bad batteries 🔋 but maintenance man was there fast to fix.. Front desk lady is not very nice! But would still stay again here.

At check in the staff was rude. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Broadway. Breakfast was ok

I understand that it doesn't really snow to often but it did snow and no one shoveled the sidewalk. Could not get i to the parking garage. First night we stayed in do to snow. Our services at the bar was the worst. 2 hours for a cheeseburger. I saw my burger sitting behind the bar for 30 minutes, tried to get the staff attention and she ignored me then tried to give me cold food. They did not charge me for parking after we complained about not being able to get in the garage

Great hotel. Unhelpful receptionist to the point of rudeness. Area was ok in one direction but if you walked in the other it was very rough and dirty.

Location is great for access to all of downtown Nashville. Room is spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel at home.

The hotel was not ready for the winter storm. The bar staff was not pleasant with the customers. Our room was dirty. Bed feels as if it was not changed. Floor was sticky. I have already put in a complaint with my credit card company. Onsite management was great at handling my complaint. He issued me a full refund immediately.
