This was very disappointing, the hotel is under renovation. Dirty, no carpet, trashy. Something should be done. I will never use this service again unless I hear/get some sort of refund!!!!

Stayed here because needed to get to the airport the next morning. Glad i did, not only did they have full breakfast but also a free airport shuttle so i didn't have to drive and park at the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have fridge and microwave in them, ample lighting & bathing essentials incase you forgot them. Definitely will stay here again.

Stayed in this location for one night ..after reading reviews i was worried about hot water but it worked so i was very happy !clean room and bathroom was good can be a little better ... staff was very friendly destiny checked me in was great we had a problem w our flight and she helped me as much as possible and i greatly appreciate it !! Hard to find good customer service lately and morning crew was just as friendly and breakfast area super clean ... thank u thomasina for a great joyous smile in the morning and ur energy early in the morning is what we all need...

The hotel advertised a free shuttle from the airport and yet left me stranded at the airport for over an hour and a half without attempting to pick me up.

As I walked into the lobby I was greeted by the General Manager, Raquel at the front desk. She was smiling and made eye to eye contact with me. Raquel was very friendly, nice and made me feel like family. With the above being said, I knew I had made the right choice for our stay.
Our room was clean, large and had plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable.We left early the next morning on the shuttle so we missed breakfast, but I would say it was great also. Without question, when staying in Nashville again, we will be staying here.

Flights were cancelled and the hotel was swarming with people. The front desk, though busy, was very nice and worked as quickly as possible. Good rooms.
