Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport Reviews

The hotel has a free airport pick-up service, but other aspects are average. It's definitely fine for a temporary stay for one night. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave, and the bedding is quite clean.

More convenient for business travel

Stayed here to utilize shuttle to airport but were not told one bag per person if shuttle is booked solid so shuttle wasn’t reliable because couldn’t confirm if booked or not

Holiday Inn, a family middle class hotel, has never charged me to park my car in the parking lot. Understandable for those that park and fly.

The location and price were good. Breakfast was as expected, not special. Front desk very helpful and accomodating

The hotel is very old. The first room they put me I didn’t have a blind! What! Had to change rooms, have a blind but it’s full of holes! It’s a shame that very little maintenance has taken place. Happy I’m only staying 1 night!

When i arrived the girl on shift had no key cards for the room and said that the general manager wouldn’t supply keys and didn’t know where the key was to the supply closet was and it was just awful will never go there again. Imagine traveling to check in and be told they dont know what to do. POOR MANAGEMENT

Nice clean Hotel with good shuttle service and very good morning breakfast included.I recommend this hotel

The sheet was not changed and the breakfast was very nasty there was a dental floss stick on the bed

My wife got in late and got a few food items about 10:30. They said they would chatge them to the room ,all good . They called at 12 woke her up and told her she needed to come down and sign for them.

I could not adjust the temperature in my room. The air conditioning was running and I could not turn it off. There was something wrong with the keypad. I told the lady at the front desk and she said the would send someone to check it out. They never showed up. It got so cold in my room I eventually had to leave and sleep in my car. I wish I had went to a different hotel

Even though I only stayed one night, the hotel staff was so friendly. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was at home.

Our room was never cleaned or new towels given the entire stay even after reporting it the first day. Our keys did not work. From the first time we always had to return to the front desk to have them reset. The subsequent days same thing. We did have a great shuttle driver.
