20th Anniversary Work Trip Great spot for our work celebrating with 8 women! Lots of beds that were very comfortable, plenty of kitchen pans dishes etc, garage was a plus. We didn’t use the rooftop because of weather but it was lovely view! Home needed more bath and hand and kitchen towels. Otherwise all good!

Great A few things were broken around the house upon arrival but all in all would book this again. Enjoyed staying at this location a lot. Would recommend to others!

Run down vrbo It’s obvious that someone bought this place as an investment property and is just letting it run down. Floors are splitting and coming up in several places on all levels. A second grader has been making tile repairs in the bathrooms. The showers are not maintained as the shower heads are barely letting water out. When two showers are in use the second story shower has no water pressure. The driveway up to the property is such an elevation change that many vehicles can’t even get up there. It’s also evident by the scrapes up the driveway with vehicles bottoming out. Walls are beat up. Exposed drywall screws and dents. The paint is contractor paint which means the property has seen zero repainting since the stayed on layer from the build. We brought 9 men to stay for a bachelor party for the weekend and the sleeping arrangements beyond 4 of the beds are for children. Whomever owns this property probably has two much money and doesn’t care. You’ll get that feeling if you choose to stay here unless things are handled differently with the upkeep plan.

Nashville stay We were very pleased with the property. The layout worked well for our families. It was in a convenient location that provided a great home base for our trip. We did have a minor issue during our stay but Drew responded quickly and it was resolved. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and I would recommend this property to family and friends.
