Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

I found that the property was not handicap accessible and that you could not wheel out a luggage cart and had to pick up and walk the luggage to curb side. I also put a request through for a special occasion and that was not even looked at upon arrival. Hard to understand one of the reservation employees at check in.

Parking was horrible. The valet people would not give us our keys when asked. Room was clean and quiet. Due to parking experience would probably not stay here again.

Great historic property in wonderful location.
Rooms were small but comfortable.
Staff was great particularly bartender Johnny Woo - what a character:-)

Lovely décor throughout the hotel. Fantastic rooftop pool with wonderful views. Great location near Broadway and walkable to the Gulch area. Friendly staff.

Staff & facility was wonderful. Parking was to expensive but found alternative parking a block away. Only ate onsite restaurant meal once (in room) and it was very good. Great coffee flavors as well. Would definitely stay again.

The building was a cool experience/ambiance. We liked the gym. Upon check in, I didn’t understand having to activate the room key in the elevator. I went outside to valet my car and couldn’t get back in because the card wasn’t activated yet. Valet Logan was great at helping us get back in. This was around 10:30-11pm at night. The checkin woman seemed irritated at me not understanding how to activate my card in the elevator. 1st time I’ve ever had to do that.

We arrived an hour after check in and our room was already given to someone else due to overbooking. They sent us to a different hotel down the street. Our room was paid for us due to the inconvenience.
