Location was within walking distance to The Ryman Theater and Broadway which was our destination. Employees were courteous and very helpful. Valets were outstanding.

This hotel is nothing to write home about. In-room service was very poor. We were unable to access their in-room menu. No orientation of hotel services and facilities on check-in. This hardly qualifies as a four or five star hotel.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooftop bar service was great. Speakeasy bar horrible. Asked if ok to sit at two barstools at bar said sure by one. After sitting down told by other bartender I hope you don’t mind getting elbowed a lot because this is where I make all my drinks. This is my bar area.

Rooms and hallways (5th floor) are dirty. Room had visible dirt and dust. I dropped a white towel on the floor that had dirt on it when I picked it up. Leg also fell off small marble table in my room. Had to use if for work, as no desk / chair in rooms. Called 3 times to get my room cleaned. Lobby & Coffee shop are the best parts (cleanest)of the hotel. Location is great. Ate at Lona (hotel Mexican restaurant) the night I arrived. Friendly accommodating staff, but food and drinks are subpar.

We loved everything about The Noelle, except our experience at the rooftop bar called Rare Bird. The bartenders need more experience. Did not do a good job of keeping the bar tops clear of spills or clutter for the customers. Service was slow and when I asked what would they recommend for a specialty cocktail since this was our first time visiting Nashville, they said they could get me a white wine spritzer. Not a good way to show what your establishment has to offer. Still giving the hotel five stars because the hotel and other establishments inside, like Lona restaurant, were amazing!

We had such a wonderful time from the desk to the people who cleaned to the coffee shop, and the restaurants are stay was fabulous and we will definitely recommend. The walkability is amazing.

From the moment I walked into this boutique hotel in Nashville, I was genuinely impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff set the tone right away with their true Southern hospitality—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile.
Every floor had a thoughtfully designed water and coffee station, which made it easy to stay refreshed without having to trek to the lobby. It’s the little things like this that make a stay feel more personal and relaxed.
The rooftop bar was another standout—stylish, cozy, and offering complimentary drinks that added a touch of luxury to the experience.
Our room was absolutely perfect: clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a restful stay. I loved the addition of a sound machine—it’s rare to see that, and it helped me sleep like a dream. The recyclable water bottles were a great eco-friendly touch, and the granola snack felt like a thoughtful welcome gift rather than an afterthought.
Overall, this hotel blends boutique charm with top-tier amenities and a genuine sense of care for its guests. If you're heading to Nashville and want more than just a place to sleep, this is the spot.
