I loved the location of this hotel. We were under a 10 minute walk from Broadway, which made it super easy to get to our destinations. The room itself was great - huge, very well decorated. I’d live there if I could afford the rent. I was with my parents and sister, so we had a 2 bed, 1 bath room with a full kitchen. My sister and I had the queen-sized bunk beds. I’m gonna be honest, as a full-grown woman, I was not initially impressed by that, but the beds were shockingly comfortable (and, rest assured, hard to fall out of). Plus, each bunk had outlets. The bathroom was decently sized with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The shower got hot and stayed hot, an impressive feat for hotels let alone hotels built in old brick buildings. I did not like the coffee maker. Our first go-round with it resulted in a big mess, but that was entirely operator error. We tried again after reading the instructions at least 7 times and didn’t make mess (hallelujah) but we ended up with tons of grounds in our coffee. Luckily there is lots of good coffee to be found in Nashville, so we survived. One thing to note, I did not see an elevator, so we hauled our luggage up the stairs to our second story room. Also, noise, like passing guests in the hallway, carries really well, so I’d bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. My family and I plan on coming back to Nashville and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Was in a great location to see all the action on Broadway, and Music Row. Great time walking around the area, seeing all the sites. Everything was clean and tidy. Great atmosphere, loved the modern, but historical elements. Would definitely go back!

Perfect location close to Broadway. Everything you need is within walking distance. So if you were flying in, there is not need to rent a car unless you plan to head out of the city. Will definitely stay again. Apartment was perfect size with easy access.

This was the most disappointing place I’ve ever stayed. When I booked this stay months ago for a girls trip with my daughter, I wanted to stay somewhere unique and had a lot of space. I chose a 2 bed/2 bath, there was no choice of a which room but I chose to pay extra per the pictures that were on the website to be in a room that according to the pictures and description was a large, bright space with an outside terrace/balcony. It looked perfect in the pictures to what I was hoping for my weekend with my daughter. Instead what I got was suite 1B, essentially a basement apartment, no light, and tight spaces.. The suite only had one window was next to the glass back door that led out to the alley with views of the dumpsters for the restaurant next door and open to a public street. Anyone could walk up to the glass back door that didn’t have any curtains for privacy. It was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe. We definitely couldn’t use the space. We even avoided the living space at night because anyone could just walk up and see into the apartment. The main bathroom was so small that you couldn’t wash your face in the sink because you couldn’t bend to rinse you face without running into the door. The bathroom attached to the front room had black mold on the shower curtain and piles of dirt in the corners. Sleeping. Sleeping was impossible. The split AC units in the apartment would vibrate the entire wall when it turned on and then it would make a horrible noise before it turned off. This went on every 20-30 minutes throughout the night. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at places that had issues but nothing like this. This property was misrepresented. I would have NEVER booked this property if it had been properly represented in the description and pictures. I did not know that I was on the first floor or which suite I was assigned until the day before my stay when I received an email with instructions on how to access the building.

Great lodging for larger families or small groups, fully remodeled apartment with very nice amenities and excellent location, walking distance to Broadway Street.

Such a cute place, within walking distance of all of the fun places to be. Easy to get to, close to the airport. Sunday luggage storage was a plus for sure. Would definitely stay here again.
