This place is filthy and after two days, it’s still not clean. The housekeeping left their food waste and didn’t come back to clean it. There’s hair and dog fur on every surface. When I complained, they tried to move me to another room, it was worse than the first room. So I slept on towels because the bedding was not changed from the last person who stayed. Don’t stay here!

The Eighteen was amazing. My husband and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and really enjoyed being able to come back to a comfortable and well designed apartment. The building is new, the decor is lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the location was also fantastic. Highly recommend for a trip to Nashville.

This is a super cute, modern apartment, only a few minutes from downtown. We didn’t have any issues with arriving or parking. It’s very easy to find (helpful for us and the Uber drivers). This apartment is very clean and felt like our own home for the weekend!

The apart-tel was beautiful and clean! We loved neighbor hood and the overall vibe. It was easy to access everything and the communication was top notch with the management we would definitely stay again!
