Room was nice, comfortable beds, nice shower and bathroom. Breakfast was really good, many options, and the hot food was rotated each day- different kinds of omelets, scramble eggs, turkey and or pork sausage, sometimes biscuits and gravy. Also an extensive portion of bagels, sweet roles, very cute automatic pancake maker, frig with milk, butter, two brands of yogurt, boiled eggs. Also a lot of fruit, and 3 kinds of juices.

I first decided to stay here because they offered a place to keep my car while I took a flight out of Nashville Airport. The shuttle was great and the driver nice and chatty. They are literally two minutes away from the airport - awesome! On the way back, I simply called for a pick up and the shuttle was already there 😊 At check out (11 am!), I had missed breakfast, but the front desk (Pamela) went and made me a personal ‘Grab Bag’ - so wonderful and kind! On my most recent trip, I was greeted by their Director of Sales and Kathy who made sure that I was all taken care of and settled in my room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the showers are awesome! 😃 On my leaving, I was blessed to see both Pamela and Kathy again and they were very kind and warm as I left. I will only ever use this hotel whenever I fly in and out of Nashville Airport in the future. Truly wonderful staff! 😊❤️

The stay was good. Location was ok, a little far from Broadway but not bad cost with an Uber. Checking in was slow and we were only allowed to check in at 3 pm even though we were there really early. The girl at the desk upon our check in was about as friendly as a badger back into a corner.

This hotel is okay. The most important thing is that the front desk is very enthusiastic and patient to help us. Because we don’t understand the language and can only translate the software, but they are still very patient with us and introduce us to a bar street. It’s great. 👏

I really wanted to rate this hotel highly. However, when I checked in they had a prize wheel for rewards members. I won 5,000 points. 3 days after my stay I called saying I had not received my points and was told I would. 3 days after that I called again and they said the GM would have to sign approval for them. 3 days later I was told the sales executive apologized and would give me 15,000 points as an apology. 3 days later I was then told iHG has to approve them. That's when I knew I was being lied to. IHG doesn't do that. The hotel just pays for them and deposits them. But I was told to wait 7 working days which has now passed and still no points I've never been so obviously lied too. Sad. What a horrible way to treat a customer. What a surprise. After a 1 star review I received my 15,000 points 2 days after so I've changed to 2 stars BTW, I also had to call to get my 500 points for not taking house keeping as they were also never given to me.
