After I had my reservation at another hotel cancelled when I arrived late, I arrived at the Hampton in looking for a room for the evening. Tiana was very helpful on not only helping me find a room, but was very friendly and polite throughout the entire process. The room was perfect, could not ask for anything more. I arrived late, was welcomed and made to feel at home, as well as given fantastic restaraunt recommendations. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay here again when I am in town next, thanks to the A+ service!

This is defiantly a worn hotel. My room was across from laundry which was noisy with employees yelling back and forth. The front desk was lady was very pleasant. That was the only plus about this hotel. The overall experience was awful. I was over charged $600 plus for my $99 stay. Now I have the headache of working to get my card refunded. The whole booking was messed up from the start. They could not give me rewards because a friend booked my room. They had issues separating my one night from the booking. I am a loyal Hilton user, I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This is the most well run hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the quick and easy check in, to the awesome full breakfast buffet I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The whole hotel is a joy at every turn. The lobby is inviting, have coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7 but the star of the show is the staff! Randy and Jenna had great advice for us Nashville newbies and helped us to make the most of our trip! They were patient and kind and truly made our trip great!
